Comfortable and Convenient
My daughter and I stayed in a two bedroom apartment for one night. The apartment was spacious and decorated to a high standard. It was warm and cosy at a very cold time of the year. It had everything we needed. It was very quiet and very clean. We found the booking process was very easy and the customer service was excellent. Would recommend to anyone staying in Aberdeen.
Great place to spend a few weeks in Aberdeen
The Spires is a a great place to use as a temporary long term base. We lived there for 3 months whilst finding our new home. The Spires is a home from home. Great service from Craig, Richie and Kris, free parking and easy to get into Aberdeen as it is on a main bus route. Local shops are a 5 minute walk away and a large supermarket just a 5 minute drive. The rooms are comfortable and the dining kitchen has all you need.
Long stay with family at Spires Aberdeen
I have stayed at Spires Aberdeen for 13 months with my wife and daughter, The property is located close to Tesco and Co-op which was of great help to me as a foreigner. The bus stop nearby helps reach city center. We have seen the pandemic effect the city and the lockdown impact the normal way of life. All of these changes in the external environment did cause us any trouble while we stayed at Spires. The manager Richee has been there always to help us.
Dirty
Arrived just before Aberdeen went back into lockdown to an apartment that was not the cleanest even although they boast an exceptional cleaning routine due to Covid-19.......lies. Rubbish in the drawers, splatter marks on the wall, i also cleaned a bit of one of the seats in the kitchen as well, can you spot the bit i cleaned.
4 Month stay during Pandemic
Our family moved to Aberdeen March 2020, just 5 days before the lock down happened and we ended up staying at the Spires for 4 months. The Manger was the only staff member the entire time and he made our family feel like family. He made sure we had everything we would needed to make the apartment feel like home while we were there. We were beyond taken care of from having our room cleaned to fresh towels weekly (when distance restrictions allowed). The location was perfect. Everything was in walking distance, parks, restaurants for take away, cafes, grocery stores, a pharmacists as well as a bank. Our family had zero complaints the entire 4 months we were there. We would recommend the Sprires Serviced Apartments to any person we know.
