Business visit
Has an excellent ambience. Restaurant is lakeside. Beautiful view. So serene atmosphere. Sipping something while breeze blows is heaven. Rooms are neat and tidy. Room is spacious. Big pools. Excellent place to chill out.
Slow Surly staff
Dirty lagoon area with dead fish and rubbish swilling past. Hostile staff with no idea of service amongst them. They all seem annoyed to have you as a guest. Needs expat management fast or it will bomb further.
Good views and chilled environment
A good hotel although the finish is a little tired now despite the price matching some of the newer better hotels. Staff are helpful. It's a got an awesome view of the lagoon and a great terrace alongside the water. A very good large pool to cool down after a busy day in the hub hub of Abidjan. Would generally go back.
Expensive 3 Stars Hotel
I have used this hotel while on business trip. You have to check your room for humidity smell. Rooms at 50,000 CFA are overpriced, No safe and No fridge inside. Rooms at 60,000 are acceptable with fridge and safe available. The staff try their best to help you but has no enough experience. The breakfast offered with rooms is very basic. Management is stingy so you have to insist on what you want. A good thing is the outside seating next to the pool with a relaxing view. My advise for this hotel is to do a renovation and upgrade the level of customer service
Good experience
Well situated near zone 4, it's a great place to stay away from the bustle of Abidjan. Bordering on the lagoon, it's the perfect stay for a tranquil morning and or chilled sundowners in the evening. I never ate here so can't really comment on the food. Breakfasts were as expected. Overall a good experience.
