Relaxing and enjoyable.
The desk clerks were all welcoming, helpful, and greated us with a smile. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, quiet, and the hot tub worked. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying again some day. Definitely recommend staying here you will be treated great by every staff member here....
GOOD VALUE
Very nice hotel. Convenient to the Interstate. Clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the mask requirement that is posted at the entrance was not uniformly enforced. That seems to be a common problem everywhere. Anti mask sentiment is just ignorance.
Great place to stay for a Bristol race
The staff was very pleasant and courteous. The hotel could use a remodel, but it is clean and well stocked. I would stay there again if in the area. There are stores near the hotel if you need anything and a great Mexican restaurant next door.
Birthday Break
For a lady who has everything but time to myself, a night in the hot tub with my husband was the best birthday gift ever (because he IS me, too). We haven't had the best luck or experience with hotels in the past but this stay was a welcomed and wonderful change of pace ❤
Pleasant stay but....
I Stayed in room 405. Overall the room was pleasant and the HVAC was extremely quiet and allowed for a specific temperature setting. Unfortunately the bathroom needed a better cleaning.... rust water stains in both the toilet and drain area of the bathtub. In addition, the toilet was forever running and upon investigation there appeared to be a piece a paper in the water tank preventing the rubber flapper from properly sealing. In addition, the TV channel listing was incorrect on its analog networks. For instance Fox News was listed as 19 but in reality was 54. The checkin desk wasn’t aware that the channel listing was incorrect and apparently matched the ones used in the main lobby. The hotel is conveniently located off the highway and near restaurants.
