Decent Hotel But if you have an all inclusive package they took away your choices of canned beer and only offer 1 draft beer this was very disappointing and they have unfortunately lost our business and many friends business.

Ok so its my 5 th time here, and wow management made a great change, food alot better, staff is incredible, Guillermo super nice manager. I upgraded my room to the baha suite and what a view, very clean place . Italian restaurant at lobby , the lasagna melts in your mouth. I travel 4 times a year in winter and have been to many places know after discussing with wife and kids this is our number 1 place. So will be coming here from now on when in Acapulco. So see you guys again in March 2022. Your friend Andre kabalan

A disappointment

So, I was tired and walking with my bags and looking for a hotel. I was attracted by the architecture and the plaza in front and lobby were beautiful. Staff is friendly. I couldn’t see a room in advance, so I went with what I could see on the web, per the suggestion of the staff. Looked good. So, why two stars? The room was nice, as was the partial ocean view. But: no minibar/fridge, no coffee maker, no soap, shampoo or any other bathroom amenities. Bed was just ok. Music penetrates the glass door on the 18th floor. At $120 usd for a Saturday night it was a lot less than I expected. Turned at at this price no breakfast was included either, to my surprise. So two stars because it was a very poor value and so many details were below expectations.

BIG NO ! This hotel is rated 5 stars because of the amenities and not because of the service provided. Disappointing from the breakfast to the room quality. (Very noisy AC that you won’t hear the waves; everything in the room is from the 80s except the TV that wasn’t operative) Time to reach the breakfast from 6 to 12 (finally a good point). Selene Yaret and Martin are by far the nicest staff you will encounter in this place. The only genuine people I met in 10 days in that place ! They deserve better !!! The variety of choices is actually good the first day… but it is everyday the same offer. The pastries are not offer unless you ask for it… so I got my first pastries after spending 4 nights… A full pastry basket hidden in the kitchen… like seriously ??? Hope the management will check on the camera and find out what happens… Tips is expected every time you will ask something just because you look alike à US citizen.. I have ordered piña colada every day of my stay… the staff make you feel like…where is my tips ?? Constantly, all day. The towel service is a joke. They are so afraid that you will run away with towels. On check out, they asked me 3 times for a card that I did not have… and you have to pay 200 extra to rent a towel in a 5 stars hotel… They return your 200 pesos at the end of the stay but seriously ???? The way it is done , just grotesque. The cleaning lady are doing their best when in the room but they also make sure the entire floor wake up when they arrive… they know on door with access card and “sir ! Sir ! You need us to clean ?? “ at every door around 9.30 am … get ready for it ! The covid safety measures are well respected with gel and temperature check before accessing the premise. If I were you, I wouldn’t stay in that hotel.

Nice place, nice location, nice meals, nice rooms, however the drinks mixed with beer were horrible... so much water... I will come back but I wont ask for (drinks in all inclusive)... I recommend this hotel
