My family and I had a lovely stay, there were 5 of us sharing a 3 bedroom Air BNB apartment - we had two bathrooms/toilets, one was ensuite. The rooms led onto a balcony and were spacious, airy and light. Our contact for booking the apartment was with Mr Eliphaz and during our stay, any concerns or questions we had, Christopher or Patience were always at the other end of the phone or on site to assist. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed, TV, fridge, cooker, microwave, air conditioning etc. All in good working condition. The apartment was cleaned daily and we were provided with clean towels, daily as well. The property had a restaurant on site, 2 swimming pools, gym which were all part of our package. We also had breakfast included, you could eat in the restaurant or have it delivered to your apartment. The atmosphere overall was brilliant, especially at night. Embassy gardens is conveniently located next to all the restaurants at Labone. Easy location for Uber drivers to find as well. Property has a reception area always manned and a security person at the main entrance 24/7. Any concerns we had were dealt with immediately. We all had a great stay and are hoping to revisit again very soon and also recommend to family and friends.

Great looking building & location shame about the rest

Pro's: - Nice looking building - Nice pool - Great location Con's: - Any issues or questions reported at the front desk were met with a stern reception team (and eye rolls) who advised in a bad way that the property is run by a 3rd party and would need to contact the agent. I didn't ask them much as always felt like I was disturbed them from their phones. - WiFi didn't work (initially reported to front desk - see above) tried to contact agent and didn't pick up or respond to the WhatsApp messages. - Only 1 X towel in a double room for two, tried to attempt to request an additional (no response as Above). Don't even get a towel mat. - Cooking utensils are beyond a joke and need replacing - TV is cheap and nasty and despite a DSTV box only 2 channels worked - Shower drain blocked - No water even in the room (or even sold on site after night). Infect the only thing you recieve is 1 towel, 1 toilet roll and a bar of soap (not even shower gel) - Broken chair - needs replacing - Leaking washer - Dirt on the walls - Abit expensive for substandard luxury hotel (doesn't meet expectations at all). The hotel / apartment owners are failing to maintain the rooms and will quickly become low par. The lack of even a bottle of water and shower gel shows how cheap and tight the owners are.

Great Property/Sad Management

First the property is very nice, clean and reasonably priced. However google maps sent us on a runaround so we had to call for directions and that is where it all fell apart - no one on the property could give us directions - a simple map of the area given to all staff would be wonderful. Second there are many owners renting space on the property, so no coordinated service - still waiting for a towel after two phone calls - a towel is easy easy to make guest happy but alas the front desk could/would not give towels due to my space being operated by a different ‘owner’ than the property The restaurant staff is very good, and the good news is there are places in walking distance, the location is great for WEB DuBois Cultural Center, taxi’s are present, airport shuttle is convenient - if only they coordinated service with the evidently many owners of the condos

Etablissement très décevant malgré un très beau cadre / Poor management

Le problème n'est pas le lieu qui est plutôt agréable, mais l'accueil et les règles de l'établissement. Des hôtesses d'accueil mal formées à l'accueil du public et visiblement fatiguées de passer des heures derrière leur comptoir, des agents de sécurité zélés mais non efficaces qui peuvent harceler les occupants mais laissent pénétrer (surtout la nuit), des personnes peu recommandables et qui constituent des menaces pour la sécurité du lieu. Nous n'avons pas compris pourquoi un agent nous est littéralement tombé dessus de façon agressive quand nous avons voulu prendre quelques photos souvenirs dans les jardins alors que les gens passent leur journée, téléphone portable à la main, à se photographier dans les lieux. Plusieurs séjours, plusieurs mauvaises expériences à cause d'un personnel de réception et d'encadrement mal formé.
