Muy bueno. Apartamento totalmente equipado y decorado con buen gusto. Cama muy comoda, silencioso y el apartamento es muy grande. Vistas muy buenas. Adelaida es muy pequeño así que está al lado del centro. A 5 minutos andando para el bus que viene y va al aeropuerto. Tiene piscina de uso comunitario.

We stayed one night in a 2 bedroom family unit. Arrived late in the afternoon off a flight and walked straight into what I can only describe as unacceptable for accommodation for families. The unit was old and dated. Appliances, bathroom and kitchen were chipped, dented and mouldy. There was hair throughout the unit, even on the kitchen bench tops and in the beds, and to top it off, the sheets in both rooms on the beds hadn’t even been changed and looked slept in. When pulling back the bedding for my children I found a huge blood stain (fresh) at the bottom of the bed all over the sheeting. Totally disgusted. After complaining we were given a 50% discount, but I would never recommend this place to anyone ever. The photos on the website are old and do not show it’s proper look.

Great location and nice place to stay and handy to a great hotel around the corner "The Franklin". However the bedroom was very hot and their was not fan in the bedroom which I have encountered in other Oaks Properties where air con could not be placed in the bedroom, Just be careful which floor you get as there are 2 night clubs and noisy pubs nearby on a Thursday Friday and Saturday night. Otherwise the place was good and the staff where friendly and offered good customer service.

The apartment was more than adequate, everything I needed. It was clean I was on the 10th floor so quiet as well. The only negative is in this day and age 100 kb/ second Internet is simply not acceptable. The simple reason means I wouldn’t stay again

Stayed here for 3 weeks on business. There are two buildings. One is called The Gallery, which has less floors. The Altitude is a higher rise building and where the pool is located. The room itself is average. Most of the amenities were provided. I desperately needed a scissors for my stay and they had none. Had to go buy one. The bathroom is located at the opposite end of the bedroom, so during winter it got chilly to walk across after your shower! Bed was comfy enough. The bedroom was small so I couldn’t switch on the heater in the room as it would blow right at my face. Cleaning services are only once a week, and you had to pay extra if you wanted more, something like AUD$40 for the full cleaning service. Washing machine and dryer was a big plus point, both worked well. Staff at reception were alright- a few were friendly to me, the others were not so. Location was not too bad. 5 min walk to Chinatown. Some restaurants about 2 mins walk, but not many options. There’s a Thai restaurant which was quite nice, Italian and Vietnamese. There’s a Super Pharmacy just around the corner which was a huge help because I had hay fever my first week here. To go to Rundle Mall you have to take the bus, which is about 20mins ish including waiting time. Buses are not so frequent here, be prepared to wait about 10-15mins. There is one small convenient store opposite, for your daily essentials. Otherwise there is Target and K-mart at Rundle Mall. It does get a little noisy on Friday and Saturday nights as there’s a club just down the road.
