Rooms are basic. Small by US standards (but fairly normal for Japan) -- maybe 8' square. Most rooms have a single bed that will be short for anyone more than 5'10". A few double rooms which are slightly larger to accommodate the double bed. Bed is very hard (and I love firm beds). There is almost no floor space . . . if you have a large suitcase, you'll be stepping over it to get to the bathroom. Bathroom is small. Shower is powerful and there is a deep, but very small, tub. There is liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner but no skin lotion. Hair dryer has almost no power so it will take forever. TV has only Japanese channels. There is no wireless Internet; reportedly, there is wired service. Included breakfast consists of bread and water . . . well, also rice, coffee and apple juice. You're better off going to the bakery a short walk away. The best thing about the hotel is its proximity to the town and the railway station. You're literally walking distance from restaurants, shops, transportation, etc. The price is right but there's a reason this hotel always has rooms when every other hotel in the area is full. Bottom line . . . if you want a cheap and basic hotel room close to many amenities, this is the place. If you want a Comfort Inn standard, you'll be disappointed.

I stayed their two night in April 2012. The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. It is a small room but that is normal in Japan. Their is no WiFi but free high speed internet via a LAN cable at your desk. So if you have a computer without a LAN port I recommend bringing a portable WiFi router. I payed ￥6000 a night which was reasonable. If you want breakfast it is ￥800. I recommend the bread shop at the base of Akishima station for breakfast and it is only a few minutes walk.

フロントが2Fです。朝食も無料ですが、お夜食サービスも無料であり、ホテル自体の古さを頑張ってカバーしてますね。ちなみに泊まったときは牛丼か肉味噌うどんでした。半熟たまごまでついてるし。南口の東横インか、北口のステーションホテルになると思いますが、駅前ショッピングモールも近いし、新しいホテルがいいなら東横イン、ショッピングモールの近さを選ぶならステーションホテル、といった感じですね。

昭島駅前に有ります。部屋の広さもそこそこです。朝食バフェが無料です。料理の品数は、少なめですがちょうど手頃です

立川に用事があったので何泊かしました。昭島駅がすぐ目の前なので、便利です。コンビニもすぐ近くにあるんで良いのですが、ショッピングとグルメを十分に楽しみたいなら、中央線で立川駅に行ってもらう必要があるかと思います。 部屋の環境は、全体的には悪くはないです。但し気のせいかもしれませんが、ベッドの寝心地が悪く途中で目が覚めてしまいました。また廊下や隣の部屋の音が意外と響きやすいかも。
