Very clean and afforadabl. Have stayed here several times in the past. In the middle of several shops and restaurants. Loved it. The Friendly made our stay that much more enjoyable. The breakfast was good. I couldn't believe they had breakfast because this was such an inexpensive hotel.

Worst hotel & service ever

The worst experience ever. Manager will make you feel you’re a dog and he thinks he’s great and he tried to pressurize me on phone. The attendants make you feel why the heck you’re there. Despite of the fact that I called Hotel people thrice and told to hold the reservation. In fact they told I can check in until 8 am and when I reached there at 6:30 am due to some problem, they told we have canceled the room and no refund at all and made me leave the lobby. I missed an important meeting and had to face so many issues due to this. I am going to write about this hotel all over the internet and tell my office folks, friends and family to complaint against this and never to book this Quality(disgusting) Inn. Very disappointed, good bye!

EVENT PLANNERS - Pleasant Stay / Customer Service Experience not so pleasant I have rented both rooms and conference rooms at this location at 2 various occasions. And I have found the rooms to be standard yet pleasant. Upon arrival of the last visit, I was given an upgrade to a room on the lower level in addition to my renting the conference room that evening. Tip:) When booking a standard room the cheaper rooms are on the top floor - and there are no elevators. So if you are elderly or have a lot of luggage keep this in mind - this is not advertised on most 3 party websites. As far and my Conference rental experience - they have several choices to choose from - again keep in mind they have no elevators when booking the upper conference rooms as well as no kitchen or bar. Our event was held in the lower level ballroom which was ideal for our needs. DISCLAIMER: I am not a complainer and I do not write reviews unless I'm treated extremely bad or exceptionally great. In this case, in regards to a recent incident renting the ballroom and corresponding with the Sales Manager, Atwar somehow went from pleasant to disrespectful. Nonetheless, I'll just share a tip for corresponding with Mrs. Atwar and fewer details of my personal treatment. Please do not speak your concerns while she is speaking that takes her over the top. And DO NOT question what Atwar has or may not have verbally told you - whether you've received a written contract or not. Doing so, Atwar will put her professionalism aside and give you a good long tongue lashing about speaking while she is trying to talk until YOU (the customer) decides to stop talking - And Please do not try and speak to the franchise owner Paul - that's a lost cause, they are family! Obviously, I have broken these rules and am now dealing with Post Traumatic Stress all because I called in to find out about a charge on my bills. Of course, there higher levels to contact in severe cases, however, in this case, I accepted my losses in respect of the complimentary upgraded ground level standard room. This review is not to discourage renting at his location. It is to make prospecting Event Coordinators/ Guest aware of the potential Customer Service conduct there at the Quality Inn Conference Hotel.

stayed here two nights with two rooms, returned to the hotel later on both nights from visiting family locally (very rainy weekend). had two handicapped adults that with me and we were all trapped out side in the rain. the second night this happened, i visited the front desk after walking completely around the hotel, again and reported the problem for the third time, I was told it would be corrected, but was not, and was also told to contact the manager, and i have but never was my phone call returned. room was fine but the service and customer care was poor at best.

The room was decent. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. I was a little put off that they put us all the way around the other side of the building when it was quite obvious that there were many empty rooms in front, but it was just a minor inconvenience. Overall it was definitely worth the money spent.
