Last minute booking
My family and I were passing through on our way to Florida and booked 2 rooms late In the evening. The rooms were comfortable, clean and at a great rate! You can’t ask for much more then that!! Would stay here again
A very pleasant experience
One of the best remodeling jobs that I have ever experienced at a motel. You would have to look very close to tell that it wasn't a new room that you were staying in. The sink and bathroom area sparkled. There were adequate supplies of all things required for a motel room. I would definitely stay there again.
Family feud
My neighbors were nightmares. They chain smoked outside MY room, were loud, and let their children race back and forth down the upstairs walkway in front of my room. I left for dinner. WHen I returned, there was a 30 minute long altercation. Women screaming, men cursing, children all crying, items being hurled about. I was afraid to call the front desk because of the violence I was hearing right next door. Eventually it stopped. For a few minutes, then it resumed full blast. THe whole end of the hotel must have been as disturbed as I was, for the tenants were asked to collect their items and depart immediately. They eventually did. Pretty scary. Disrupted my rest and peace for over an hour just as I wa trying to sleep after a long day. You never know what you might get!
Visited family
This hotel is clean and the renovations to the hotel are wonderful, since I last stayed here. The staff was wonderful at check in and check out.This hotel is very close to my family and I like that I don't have to travel very far from the hotel to visit them.
Not Close to Freeway
During a 15 hour one way drive I made a reservation thru Wyndham website for a hotel I thought was on a freeway frontage road...it was not. When we arrived I was pleasantly surprised by the service, staff, well appointed and immaculately clean room. I didn't have to ask for anything because everything was provided in the room; including fridge, micro, coffee pot, iron & ironing board (to press my suit), plenty extra towels and more of the simple touches I have at home but wouldn't necessarily expect in a budget-midrange hotel. The king size bed was so comfortable and cozy that I experienced the most restful sleep (much better than my own bed) it recharged me and helped me to complete the rest of the trip. The only other negative critique besides not being close to the freeway is that the hand railings need to be repainted. You could actually see three shades of paint as you walked up the stairs. However, considering how great everything else was, I can very easily overlook that. I appreciated that they made such a sad and mournful trip better.
