Acorde a la cadena
Holiday inn no se caracteriza por ser un hotel de lujo, pero si un hotel bastante bueno y accesible, esta no es la excepción. El único detalle que no me gusto es que la caja de seguridad esta en el lobby y debes darle al encargado tu plata y el se dirige a depositarla atrás donde no ves cuando la caja de seguridad debe ser privada y vos solo debes ser quien ponga o saque los valores de adentro. Sugiero incorporar personal que hable español u otros idiomas ya que no todos se pueden expresar correctamente en inglés.
Disappointed - Worn out hotel
Not up to standard that we usually get from Holiday Inn’s. Room was dirty, McDonald’s wrapper laying next to bed. Damaged lamp, crayon on walls, wall damaged, bathroom door was bent and wouldn’t stay closed, a wall l look amp didn’t have a light bulb even. No sanitizer on upper floors off elevators. No parking available. Very disappointing. Felt like a room from a roadside hourly motel.
Immaculate!!
We stopped here for the night unexpectedly when traveling south. (We needed to break up the drive). I was hesitant with COVID, however this place is absolutely immaculate even by my sometimes unrealistic standards. Every staff member I came in contact with was kind & helpful. They’re doing things right here, I will stay without hesitation in the future.
Passing through
I stay at Holiday Inns all the time as I travel for work. This hotel has been very poorly maintained. It is obviously one of there older hotels. However it seemed very dirty like it’s not cleaned very well. The only positive I can say is the person at the front desk on checkers in was very friendly and seemed to know there job well.
Mixed
There were good and bad things. The desk clerk was vey nice even though he was extremely busy. He was the only working but took the time to smile and make us feel welcomed. The shower had plenty of hot water. That’s the good part. The hotel is an older hotel and has been patched and painted many times. The chairs were stained and ripped. The beds were the worst part. They are TERRIBLE! It’s like sleeping on a piece of plywood!! Not your typical Holiday Inn Express. We won’t be back and would not recommend it.
