Amazing!!!
Thank you for your amazing hospitality, food, room and ambiance! The jacuzzi was the best way to relax every evening after amazing hikes. The chefs were awesome- best breakfast and cocktails! And the front desk staff was so helpful in navigating anything and everything. I will be back!

This place is beautiful. The atmosphere is incredible. The staff is so kind, friendly, and accommodating. They really make you feel welcomed while also maintaining a high level of professionalism. The breakfast included is spectacular, and the chefs are make the BEST food. We stayed for three nights and we were treated so well. They offered great recommendations for activities to do and things to see. It’s in the middle of the forest with some pretty amazing views of the surrounding area and beautiful wildlife/plants. Would highly recommend if you are heading to La Fortuna.
Perfect Weekend Escape
My wife and I had two nights free and spent them at the Tifakara Lodge. We had a great experience. Staff members Daniela and Rosa took good care of us. The rooms were clean and ours was spacious. The breakfast was quality, the pools and jacuzzi were perfect. Overall, it was a great experience.
Absolutely amazing.
This place is absolutely stunning! From the moment that we got there, we saw 5 toucans flying over the property and so many other species of animals including, colourful frogs, sloths and sooo many cool birds. That being said, the hotel itself is BEAUTIFUL. Super clean, so cozy, the bed is one of the comfiest beds I’ve ever slept in and the outdoor-ish shower is such a vibe!! The food was also SOOOOO GOOD. Making me hungry just from thinking about it. 😂 The staff is so nice, professional and super friendly!! Can’t wait to go back!!
A little patch of jungle paradise
Everything about our two night stay was perfect. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, and even offered a free guided frog tour around the property. Our bungalow was beautiful and the bed was one of the most comfortable ones I’ve slept in. The shower inside the bungalow was amazing. It was open air, so you could surround yourself in the jungle environment whilst showering. The wildlife around the property was spectacular, with frequent sightings of an array of bird and mammal species
