Lindo concepto
El hotel tiene un buen concepto, cuenta con el hotel boutique junto a la playa y otro edificio cruzando la avenida, la zona de playa es un beach club por lo que cualquiera que pague cierta cantidad puede usar las instalaciones de la playa y alberca, si te hospedas en el hotel puedes usar sin cobro los lugares en la playa pero las cabanas tienen un precio de 50TL y recomiendo apartarlas un día antes para asegurar el lugar, las toallas para playa y alberca las rentan por 5TL por día o puedes llevar una propia (no hay toallas gratis para los que se hospedan aquí). El beach club se empieza a llenar como a la 1pm, por lo que recomiendo llegar temprano para escoger un buen lugar. Los cuartos son pequeños y el baño diminuto, el baño de nuestro cuarto no contaba con una puerta para la regadera y al ser una regadera con un espacio muy reducido es complicado no inundar el piso de todo el baño, también al baño le faltaba bastante mantenimiento, la puerta y las paredes manchadas y mal pintadas, el espejo roto en una esquina. El hotel tampoco es adults only, tal vez para los que se hospedan nada más pero en el beach club todos los días vi niños y en la alberca también. La limpieza de los cuartos se hacen entre 3pm y 5pm, por lo que si sales toda la mañana puedes regresar después de comer y todavía no estará listo tu cuarto, aunque la señora de la limpieza dejaba los cuartos impecables, eso me gustó. El restaurante del hotel tiene muy buena cocina, las papas a la francesa son lo mejor jaja pero la comida en general es muy buena y pizzas son deliciosas. La atención del personal excelente y todos muy amables.
Left a little disappointed
Love the restaurant food & enjoy the Champagne lunch whenever we are in Alanya. When the hotel first opened we stayed in the annex, as we weren't aware that there was an annex across the road. This time we booked a night in the main building on the beach. Room was small, but adequate. The hotel states that there is a coffee machine in the room, what it doesn't tell you is that they DO NOT supply you with any pods etc to go in the machine! There was also NO drinking water provided. We had to take a bottle from the mini bar to clean our teeth. The shower gel dispenser was also empty. Luckily they had provided 2 mini bottles of shampoo, so we used them. We were sitting by the pool having drinks late afternoon/early evening & were told that the pool was closing and that we had to leave the area. We were not using the pool, but still had drinks. They would not let us stay there. They said that the Manager doesn't allow it & that the area has to look nice for the evening guests arriving.
Amazing hotel - I highly recommend!!
The BEST hotel to book in Alanya; The location is just perfect, the room was super big and spacious. The sea view room is like HEAVEN😍 both the hotel on the beach, and opposite the beach is fantastic. Also, everyday I was provided with new toiletries, towels and room was immaculately cleaned. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Erdinc the manager was helpful :) I highly recommend to book this hotel! Thank you so much for my wonderful stay - I will be returning definitely!
BEST HOTEL IN ALANYA
Just had 11 nights at this hotel. My original travel plans was cancelled due to COVID but I’m so happy they were because this hotel was absolutely amazing. The location is the best, you have everything you need just around you, you are right on the beach and have a beautiful pool to have a dip too and close to restaurants and bars. All the reception staff were so lovely and helpful. The rooms were basic but you had everything you needed and the beds are so comply. By day we spent it by the beach relaxing, the staff on the beach (Big bob and Little bob) were absolutely AMAZING and so friendly. Our holiday would have not had been the same without these too. They look after you all day, bringing you what ever you needed. Drinks, food and move your umbrella throughout the day so I stayed in the shade. These to people are a real asset to the hotel. Thank you for looking after us bob and bob me and Pete will miss you. Also big thank you to Ali by the pool who also was so friendly and looked after us By night we spend in the restaurant and bar and once again the staff are amazing. Mehmet at the bar was fantastic and looked after us in the evening and he makes the best cocktails in Alanya and once again made our holiday. In fact all the staff in the restaurant and bar are lovely. Thank you Mehmet, Taner, Isa, and everyone else (sorry forgot the names) for looking after us The food in the restaurant was amazing, we ordered there everyday for lunch, breakfast and had some evening meals there too. The wine was great and the food is outstanding. The pizzas, lettuce cups and wings are lovely, The Duck and steak was my favourite. And the sushi was sooooo good. Also big shout out to the DJ who plays there, lovely chilled music every evening. We will miss it daily chats with the lovely staff and Defiantly can’t wait to return. Thank you to everyone that made our holiday so special.
Unpleasant
Reception is not polite and rooms aren’t clean there’s no hand soap and sanitizer 👎...swimming pool very small I don’t know what’s wrong I feel uncomfortable here ..... I paid for one day deposit before arrived to hotel then they hold my deposit
