Before going to Turkey, there's one thing you should know: their hotel categorization is really poor and Kleopatra Ada Beach shouldn't by any means be a 4 star hotel. The room was clean (thanks to the lovely lady that made sure of that), it is right across the beach, it has great bread for breakfast and that is about all it's greatness. The staff is polite but it was because they were expecting tips- it took us a while to understand that that is how it usually is in Turkey. Our room was on the first floor and I do not recommend that because it is right between the two hotel's kitchens and that means that we were up from 6 AM and also after lunch from the loud noise of dishes and cutlery. We asked for the higher floor and sea view room before we got there and we didn't get either (which could've been the traveling agency's fault). We got a twin room instead of a double. The terrace is a place you have to hang your bathing suit or towels to dry, but not the place for spending a pleasant few hours in the evening for example. There's two plastic chairs with a small plastic table jammed up between all the other small terraces and their AC heating. The food was also a disappointment: it all tastes the same. Partly because all the vegetables are just boiled and spiced with some weird hot spice and partly because it was mostly all the same. For example- often the dinner is made of lunch leftovers with some slight changes. For me, breakfast was good, dinner not so much, but for lunch was always the poorest choice. Not that it was awful, but not even close to a four-star hotel experience.

Currently staying here for 1 week. Room is fabulous and spacious. Big walk in double shower. Balcony over looking beach with amazing views. Food average for all inclusive but still very good. Cant understand the bad reviews cant fault the staff or the cleanliness of the hotel looking forward to the rest of our stay

Staff is extremely unprofessional and rude to guests, they kicked us out of the restaurant at 10:03 (meal hour is 8-10am) and wouldn't let me and my family finish breakfast. AC is not totally functional, terrace furniture looks terribly dirty...
Really bad experience in this hotel.
Food poisioning - not good food

I have stayed with my girlfriend for 7 days in this hotel. At first sight, hotel is nice, really close to the beach. Seaside has a nice beach and the sea is warm, but its not clean and There are lot of rocks that will prevent you from nice swimming. Food is really bad, DO NOT EAT FISH! Food is the same every day and There is no quality meat prepared. So, this is a really bad experience regarding this hotel. If you are not a fan regarding turkish culture, i suggest you to avoid it. Nevertheless, it was a memorizing experience. :)

Excellent location only 100m from the beach, nice place in front the hotel where you can eat with castle and sea view. Accommodation just after coming before 12,00. Supermarket Migros in cca 200m, bus stop of municipal transport about 400m. BUT the distance of the balcony from the next hotel is only about 15m. Friendly staff, but our two requests to clean drain pipe in shower stayed without answer. We had to help ourselves. Its better to stay on the beach 21 in front the hotel and pay for the sun beds just hs to clean ere (also discount for more days), then to go on the Nr.20 recommended by hotel. Nothing for children - no animation, no ice cream, no melon etc. No fresh baguette (only from some plastic bag), nothing sweet-no cakes, croissants etc (1x pancakes only). Choose of meals I consider limited, often repeated. I think, there are better hotels in beautiful Alanya.
