Mediano gran hotel familiar
Cute little family hotel
I stayed at this hotel alongside 2 of my cousins, we are between the ages of 20-24. We booked a family room. The room was spacious, clean, had a big sofa where you can relax, and the bathroom was the perfect size as well. Had a balcony area which was pretty cute but had an internal view which wasn't too bad, as the hotel is in a small resident area. I also do feel the hotel is more for families, they have many evenings with events and shows for children and families and adults. As 3 young girls, it wasnt much for us but we did enjoy it all and you can see alot of effort was put into it. The hotel itself is around the corner in a small area with street shops and restaurants nearby. This comes in handy if you need anything or feel like you want to go out to eat. The pricing is very good and cheap. It is a clean, well maintained hotel and has friendly staff who are always available to help. I have never had all inclusive, but we decided to go for all inclusive this time and it was the best decision we made. Every day their was a different variety of dishes to choose from, from fish, chicken, pasta, vegetarian dishes, desserts, salads etc. The bar man Ramazan was very fast to serve everyone with a smile. These little things make a huge difference to your stay at the hotel. At the guest relation desk was a very nice woman who was always smiling and ready to help. The waiters were very friendly and at your service any time you needed anything. If anything was dropped or fell, they would come to help you straight away and wouldn't let you clean the mess. The wifi was good and worked for us in all parts of the hotel, the air conditioning was the best part as it was atleast 34 degrees outside and the air condition blew out cold air and not warm air. Which was really good. Rooms were cleaned daily, new towels provided alongside shampoos and showergels. 15 minute walk to the beach, or you can take the hotel shuttle. The city centre is 15 20 minute walk. That is where majority of the clothes shops are, the bazaars, shisha and food places, restaurants etc. It is important for everyone to haggle at every place, and check every receipt carefully. Any taxi you get into, it is important you make sure they follow the metre and start the metre at 5.50 liras. A lot of taxi drivers tried to scam us and say 30 liras fixed price. Which wasn't the case. Used to get angry or frustrated when we caught them out. Even when certain places had fixed prices on their menu's, they would try to scam you. Even at McDonalds which had a set menu! We found this happened in MOST places so it's just important that you are cautious. Overall, the hotel is a small cute hotel, with friendly pleasant staff, clean and in the perfect condition, shops nearby. Would definitely visit again. Thank you
It is unbelievably so good at Ramera kloepatra Hotel Alanya Turkey, facilities were clean & well kept, the staffs were hopitable and responsive while the food was perfect, Mediterranean and always on time. I had a lovely time and would always go back. I dove my hat for the management
Fine but nothing special
I visited from 11-18 July so my impressions might be under the influence of the many guests visiting the hotel during this period of time. Find below my positive and negative views on Kleopatra Ramira Hotel. Positives: - Cleaning. The Hotel in general was always quite clean and the occasional spilled drink or food was removed very fast. - The Beach Shuttle. Brings you to the beach in a few minutes. Always on time and with a smiling driver. - The food. I enjoyed the food the majority of the days. Very nice moussaka and at some point they had some spicy, sauteed mushrooms with melted cheese that were absolutely delicious. The fried fish tended to be quite dry though. Negatives: - Sunbeds. The pool area is way too small compared to the amount of guests in the hotel. I got up for the early breakfast at 7:30 every morning and by that time all - and I mean ALL - of the sunbeds were already reserved with towels. Signs in the hotel explicitly states that reserving sunbeds is not allowed and they will be removed - sadly that rule is not being enforced. I don't mind going to the beach myself at all, but even so I really grew to hate the sad people getting up in the middle of the night to reserve 10 sunbeds for themselves and their friends and then MAYBE use them during the day. - The Wi-Fi. Virtually non-existent in my own room and barely acceptable in the pool/reception area. - Lack of bartenders. During the busy hours at the end of the day the bartender tended to be understandably stressed out because for some reason there is only ever one person serving drinks. There's plenty of staff cleaning tables, so I don't see why it shouldn't be possible to use two bartenders whenever there's a lot of guests. For me - who normally just order one single beer - it could be quite frustrating to see the person before me order 12 vodka-energy drinks. - Non-smiling staff. I have to include this as it is the easiest to fix. I found it very hard to get a smile from most of the staff (besides the shuttle driver and the hamam guy). The waiters and bartenders must have been tired or under the influence of annoying guests, which I understand completely as there were a lot of them, but it left a negative impression on my stay as well. All in all I had a fine stay, but compared to the good reviews I read before leaving, I was a tiny bit disappointed.
