Nice pool with sun all day shops and beach on the door step
No English food tell a lie there was eggs for breakfast and chip for evening dinner that was it
Not even a TOASTIER
It’s a shame really the only good thing I can say about this hotel is the pool because it could really be a nice hotel if they sorted it out and catered for every nationality it says it’s 2 stars but think they missed the minus - out

This is a very average turkish tourist hotel. If you enjoy turkish culture and dont have high requirements, this hotel might fit you. Wasnt great, wasnt horrible. Will most likely not come back.
+ Location. You are situtated right next to the beach with an astoundishing view over the marina, castle and Taurusmountains.
+ Everything you might need is close by. Shops, supermarkets, dentist, clinic, barber, watersports/beach, restaurants, ATM and outdoor gym.
+ All-inclusive had large selection to choose from, local beer, spirits and soft drinks. Food was authetic Turkisk.
+ Room were OK. AC worked like a charm.
+ Hard beds and pillows, as expected in Turkey.
+ Poolarea have sun on it almost entire day.
+ Wifi range was great, worked great at poolarea, in reception and in the room(308).
+ Cozy lush garden and pool area, very quiet area.
+ Cleaning of poolarea and restaurant was very good.
- All-inclusive food lacked of any international dishes.
- No airconditioned area in the hotel, except for your room.
- Hotel have no facilities like minimarket, hamam, barber, kids club, lounge etc. Not a big problem as most of the essentials is available within under a minute walk.
- Price of Wifi. 144 TRY for one week(6 days) is very expensive.
- Safe only available in reception.
- Very bad reception on TV channels. Guess it doesnt matter that much since you can barely see the 12" TV anyway.
- Water pressure in shower, it wasnt enough to pump water up to the nozzle. We had to sit on the floor to get a tiny amount of water on us.
- Noice. Dont matter which room you have, you will hear when people in the room next to you breathe.
- Staff knew more russian than english. They also very often favourised russian guests.
- Cleaning of rooms. In one week, we did not get bed linings changed. Replaced towels once. Wiped the floor daily.
- No refridgerator in rooms.
* No music. The poolarea did not have any music. At all. Its very quiet there.
* A vast majority of the hotels guests are russians, a few swedes and norwegians.
* No elevator for rooms in the oldest building.
* If you need silence to be able to sleep, ask for a room with view towards the poolarea. Rooms with a view over ocean/beach is right beneath a very busy road.

You get what you pay for. No other British, clean room, excellent pool. The hotel is close to the sea.
Staff not so friendly but not rude as the other review suggest. Food was dismal and drinks were scarce. I'd go again but self catering.
*** Dont pay for the internet. It doesn't work away from the office.
Very impressed! Thank you merhaba hotel for a brilliant time!

I was quite shocked at the negative reviews given to this hotel. I went with my partner for our first holiday, it was a fantastic hotel for the price. We arrived late due to a issue with transfer service, the owner who didn’t speak great English, pleasantly greeted us. All the staff at the hotel worked extremely hard & were all very welcoming, even with the language barrier, they tried to make conversation. It appeared the hotel does mainly cater to Russians, but the other guests again were very friendly. Due to the high demand of Russian travelers, the food was mainly served more to their standards, it was nice food but I wasn’t fussed, it was cheap to eat out as well, if you are particular with you’re food, the food was decent enough even if you only had part meals and eat out for the rest of the time. The rooms were very clean, the maids cleaned them everyday, it was a standard hotel room, nothing more than we expected. The decor of the hotel gives the hotel its own personality, which I thought was fantastic. The drinks were decent enough. The pool was never really overly busy, the hotel is quite close to the beach, I think most guests went down there. If your looking at site seeing, best to take euros with you, even have a look at car rentals as you can park on site for free, security guards roam the ground, they were very polite & might be cheaper. If your after a holiday to chill out, drink a bit of alcohol & generally enjoy yourself then this is the best hotel for you. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to families with children over 5 as there’s generally not much for kids to do. It’s not your typical all inclusive, where by you can leave your kids at a kids club, you can drink, eat junk food all day & enjoy live entertainment at night, it isn’t that type of hotel. I’ve given a excellent review because I feel the hotel doesn’t pretend to be something it’s not. I’m in my late 20s & I’ve stayed in some of the best & worst hotels in the world, this isn’t a bad hotel. Just to add aswell on our last day, we checked out at 12, they had changing rooms so we could get ready for travel but they allowed us to have lunch at 12.30, use the pool & consume non alcoholic drinks whilst we waited for out transport which came in the evening, I thought that was brilliant customer service.

So as the saying goes ‘YOU GET WHAT YOU OAY FOR’
We didn’t pay a great deal one week all inc £550 included flights transfers luggage, we’d read the reviews decided to give it a go, didn’t expect it to be anything special and expected food to be rubbish, well if you like salad then the food was great although it’s sat outside and not in a cooler
The hot food was cold and tasteless, but again didn’t expect much with the price
The fruit juices are all watered down, and we personally was unable to drink them as disgusting,
Cheap alternative to Pepsi, Fanta orange and sprite, these where drinkable
Coffee and hot choc was drinkable
And water from a dispense
Biggest disappointment only had
Larger which was either watered down or very week
Red/white wine un drinkable
Vodka and gin
That was it 😔
Apart from the food and drink manager and the older gentleman who did reception at night staff not very friendly most said the didn’t speak English
We where the only English at the time until leaving day we had several other people on holiday Fing and Blinding at us for sitting on the balcony at 11pm
I found this upsetting as although I can be loud they could have just asked us politely, they also just pushed in front of us waiting,
Was basic but again for the price it wasn’t bad until we noticed all the guests black ants, cockroaches , spiders, which reception never did anything about,
The grounds was beautiful but the whole place was like it was forgotten, when we asked they said the owner was very old and lost interest basically, which is sad as the hotel has so much potential, great location , beautiful garden, you can see in its prime it was a beautiful place
So all in all not the best holiday ,
