Es un hotel muy bien ubicado, accesible a toda la ciudad. Muy buenas instalaciones, pileta climatizada, sauna, gym. Atención excelente, habitación muy amplia, alegre, esmerada, cómoda. Muy recomendable.

Nos quedamos por una noche y nos gusto mucho! Limpias y comidas habitaciones, tv modernas. Nos sentimos como en casa. Un hotel que da paz al igual que los empleados. Quedamos muy agradecidos y satisfechos sobre todo con el joven que ayuda en el desayuno. Totalmente recomendado!

I brought my son and I to Albany for a Christmas concert and chose this hotel because it had a pool and it was close to the venue that we were going to. My kid who is 12 years old was blown away with how beautiful and nice this hotel was. The food was wonderful the pool was perfect and we are very grateful that I opened at 6 AM. All of the staff were very talkative and friendly an offer suggestions.

The front desk staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Access to Albany Med without going outside on the street and free parking at the hotel. I would definitely stay here again!

I stayed at this hotel because a close relative was in the Medical Center. He was in intensive care and then" comfort care" so I was able to visit at all hours and sleep in a chair in his room. I could not have done this without having a room in this hotel which is connected to the Medical Center. I was able to pop back to the hotel room at any hour to shower and get a few hours of comfortable sleep there. I really cannot accurately answer the questions of the general hotel amenities because I was so focused on the hospital. I can say that the room was totally excellent in all respects. The two restaurants I used there were also outstanding. There was a heat wave on and every time I walked past the front desk they gave me a bag with two bottles of water and some chocolate. The hotel staff were so kind. They kept asking me if I needed anything, and they seemed to genuinely care. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this hotel is.
