Frontdesk associate was amazing. I believe his name was Andy. Very helpful and friendly. Not happy about having to leave a 200 deposit, but if I get it back it should be no problem. Room was ok, a bit outdated but still ok. Bed was soft and comfy, slept like a log. Will definitely stay here again if traveling through Albuquerque.
There Is No Breakfast

Contrary to Hotwire.com's list of amenities, this motel does not have an operating breakfast facility, let alone a free one. You only learn this after you have paid for your room and been issued keys. Unless you ask first, "Is what's on the website true?" The clerk told me the website hadn't been updated. Not his fault. Apparently nobody at Wyndham knows HTML. And no, COVID is not an excuse for bait-and-switch.
Close to airport but off the main road

This hotel actually wasn’t too bad. It was fairly quiet in the room, which surprised me. The bed was comfortable and they provided plenty of pillows. The bathroom was clean and was decent sized. There was a tiny kitchenette; stove, microwave and little fridge. There were no pots, pans, or utensils to cook with, however, so I am not sure how you were supposed to prepare any meals there. The TV was a decent size and I had plenty of room to put my belongings. The bathroom had only a stand up shower, not a tub, but it was roomy and clean. They provided plenty of clean towels and washcloths. The room only had hard floor (no carpet), which made it a little noisy, but not bad. I needed water in the middle of the night, but I could not find anywhere to get some. I found a maintenance person and he said they did not have an ice machine, which I think is lame. The office was closed so I could not ask anyone. They do not provide any kind of breakfast, so I was on my own the next morning. There are no convenience stores or gas stations nearby, so I could not walk to get anything. It was a fairly quiet night except when the people upstairs decided to stomp around at 3am. You could also hear cars racing around occasionally and come 4am, everyone began slamming doors and walking around. All in all, it was decent, and for the price I would stay again. It’s not the hotel’s fault that Albuquerque is a crappy place and that people don’t know how to be respectful or courteous.
The Worst Experience in my travel life!

My son and I checked in to this hotel at 11pm oct 7 and we booked non smoking room for four nights. Once open the non smoking room we booked, we smell very strong cigarettes smell. The toliet seat has pee stains and hairs. we opened doors along with the windows to try to vent. We even cleaned bathroom so we could use it. After a few hours we tried closing the doors so that we could sleep. but the smell made us sorethroat and cough and could not sleep. 3am I went to front desk and asked to change room. Staff told me no room left and we can go other hotel but he can not cancel the booking and refund us and we need to call general manager 8am. We left this hotel to the other hotel at 3:30am. I called hotel general manager at 8 am. The manger was very rude told us he does not care we got health issues and the room do not have smoking smell and refuse cancel our four nights booking and give the refund. No one did long travel and had to move to other hotel at midnight if the room is ok to stay with. We called Expedia to cancel the room. Hotel manager hang up Expedia 's phone calls and ingore Expedia emails requests to refuse to cancel the booking and refund . We went to front desk again on Oct 10 and talked to the hotel associate manager. He told us that he can't do anything for us and only general manager can cancel our booking and refund us. My credit card got charged for $848.25 for 4 nights but we only stayed for few hours and had to leave due to smoking hotel room caused our health issues. I can't believe such a famous hotel corporation do this to us!

Avoid this place if at all possible. Customer service does not exist, the rooms are either ill equipped or not equipped at all. The room smelled dirty, the elevator is a health hazard, broken outlets and the TV cuts out due to poor wifi service. Water is so soft it’s slimy feeling. The lighting is awful, couch had 2 different size cushions. 10 point cleaning was a joke. Would never stay in one of these places even if they offered to pay me to do so.
