This was the cleanest hotel within the proximity of the airport that we have stayed in. The staff accommodated us with a few things that we forgot to pack (ie: lotion and shampoo). Breakfast was hot and ready for the early risers.
Thank you-Hyatt Place!!

The staff here took care of my entire family during the travel mess of the holidays and cancelled flights. We didn't just get a late check out, they let us stay into the early evening when our fight was delayed from noon, then 2pm, then 3pm, then 5pm, then 8pm. (even though they were full) They were all so nice and helpful. Traveling with 2 cranky kids and a cranky other half was so much easier when we could stay put in our room while we waited out the holiday airport delays. Thank you so very much!! We come to ABQ several times a year. We will definitely stay here again.
One of the best hotels in Abq

I was presently surprised by the hotel. Reasonably priced for the value. Extremely quiet and clean. I would definitely stay again. Do yourself a favor and book directly through the hotel and not a 3rd party like travelocity. Better experience in my opinion.
A room door which doesn't lock?!?!

Our room door DID NOT LOCK! WE didn't realize it until I was leaving to get coffee for my wife and me in the morning and strangely, the door did not automatically lock behind me. What nonsense is this? Inexcusable! Then, adding insult to injury, when I called the front desk, maintenance, I was told, was in a meeting and could not address the issue until they were done! Were we supposed to stay in our room missing our meetings to protect our possessions?
Another bad stay

I’m not sure why I thought hyatt place albequerque would improve but this is the third time we’ve had a bad experience. The first time there was no breakfast and the ac was out in the halls, the second time we got a dirty room, then that same visit the room had burns in the sheets, an old sofa, they don’t bring the blankets or towels to the room so we have to go down and bad breakfast. This time mobile check in doesn’t work here so I had to dig out my id and card with my two littles to check in even though I already did on my phone, the sofa bed looks like someone died, there’s no blankets for the sofa bed. And there’s a dog barking across the hall! All three times the people working do not represent hyatt well. I’ve stayed at many Hyatt’s and this one may as well be a motel 6. Tried to get a refund so we could go to the regency down the street but they refused. So now we get to have a sleepless night, should have just slept in the car.
