The room location, size and atmosphere was exactly what I needed after a busy travel day. Located next to the highway but not noisy. Suite was well equipped and modern. Bed comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast options are varied and there are plenty of other amenities - laundry, business center, pool etc. Very good value for money.

Convenient location, safe property

We haven't stayed in ABQ for about two years and while there are some dangerous areas in town, this location seems safe, and it is close to I25 but was quiet. There is an evening reception M-F we hoped would serve as our dinner, but we decided to eat across the street at Tin Can Alley, a nice collection of local eateries. Hotel breakfast was fine. I think the hotel does a lot of business with folks who stay longer term and are in town for work. Bed was comfortable and room cleanliness was excellent. Scuffs and damage on living room furniture, kitchen cute and updated.

Good place to stay for balloons and tramway

Picked this hotel because of its close proximity to the tramway, but the tramway was closed due to winds. Still location is easy enough to get to downtown ABQ. Room was quiet and comfortable. TV runs parallel to the bed so not the best for watching at night in bed. Shower was missing bath mat and floor is slippery without it. Told that their policy is to have bathmats in every room. Other problem is a three story building only has one elevator. A few bonuses! You get a mini kitchen. Indoor swimming, fitness room, complimentary laundry but bring detergent or pay for it at the desk. Breakfast was complimentary and ok.

We are here now, and I would definitely advise against staying at this hotel. It is not as it is portrayed online. First, it takes FOREVER to check in because they have one person checking in and it takes about ten to fifteen minutes per guest. Then the rooms are very dated and the furniture is as uncomfortable as we have ever experienced. The "housekeeping" doesn't come every day and when they do they are terrible. They came to our room today and obviously laid on our bed after they made it, took our dirty towels and didn't leave us any clean ones, and left the trash bag on the top of the dresser. We also noticed the "do not disturb" sign had fallen on the floor when we left and it was in the exact same place when we returned. So they definitely didn't clean the floors at all. When you do have towels, they are like sandpaper and so is the soap. This morning at breakfast the half and half was complete curdled when we poured it in our coffee, and we had to hunt someone down to try to get some we could use. The hallways have been filled with trash and food has been spilled down the hall to our room. Just yuk - do yourself a favor and don't stay here. If we weren't locked into a Priceline booking we would have definitely left by now. I truly wish we could check out tomorrow.

Sign on all doors: “Masks required.” They did not even bother to adhere to this. Why must I be at risk because others are too lazy? Room: Tub porcelain worn out completely. Renovated? I do not think so. Doors peeling paint. Unpleasant. Never returning
