Emergency stay
My daughter got hit by a car and we stayed the first two nights in another hotel the beds were very uncomfortable so we look for another place and found this one. It was very comfortable and convenient
So disappointed
I travel frequently and am a La Quinta girl all the way, however I was so disappointed in this hotel. Housekeeping is nonexistent it seemed. I checked into my room only to be hit by the stench of stale cigarette smoke. And a non cooling air conditioner. The sweetheart at the front desk moved me to a different room. Upon entering it, it seemed ok until I really looked. The bathroom had hair in it on the toilet and the sink counter had a rough film like hairspray. I pulled the sheets back and the same hair that was in the bathroom was in the sheets as well. I went back to the front desk and again was greeted by the same sweet young lady, she gave me a key to a different room. That room had filth all over the window sill as well as tons of cobwebs in the window sill as well. So unfortunately I had to go ask for a different room. I am now in the 4th or possibly even 5th room that I have checked out and I will say this one is the best of the rest I went into. By saying that it is the best, I am not saying that it is great... it’s just better than the others. There is stuff on the wall that I’m not quite sure what it is, there is a lot of dirt and such around the baseboards between the bed and wall.. the bathroom counter seemed clean, but the floor was icky with hair on it. I am really upset at the way this has turned out. Like I said, I am loyal to la Quinta but this hotel is a huge let down.
One Night Stay
Great Location friendly people at Front desk comfortable bed the only concern for me is in the bathroom looked like mold in the bathroom on the ceiling if so should be removed immediately before someone gets sick
The microwave is a fire alarm
Checked in around 3pm. NO silly divider or plastic or glass between myself and the check in agent. It was a nice NORMAL check in. Check in agent was very friendly and professional. Room was VERY nice, WAY nicer then any La Quinta I have ever stayed at. Bathroom mirror was POWERED! That was a first to me. Bed wand pillows were divine. TV lineup STUNK! WiFi was zippy. Desk chair actually raised up to a normal height to the desk. Shower was NICE, GREAT pressure and temperature. Towels were SO SOFT! Parking was... tight. Nearly didnt get a spot on the way back that evening. I may of needed to park next door at the Ruby Tuesday. Also getting in and out of the parking lot stinks. You have to cross a busy road and a VERY narrow middle section to potentially stop in. I usually just went down and made a U turn. Fell asleep so naturally, only to be woken up at 6am by an alarm. I thought it was a fire alarm, and then couldn't turn on any of my lights. I'm panicked at this point. Come to see its the MICROWAVE going off like a fire alarm. I had to unplug it from the power strip to get it to turn off. AC was working, phone was charging, but coudnt get any lights on. Go down to the lobby and ask whats going on. Apparently an issue with the power company. Go back to my room and fall asleep. Wake up 3 hours later and all the lights and TV are on, but cant get the TV to turn off! Had to unplug that from the back of the TV. Checked out and we talked about the power situation. Apparently the hotel is serviced by 2 different power feeds, and 1 was out, so only half the hotel got power, thus why half my room was out. I also let them know about the toilet having a leak in the bowl. The maintenance guy was right there to discuss it, and knew exactly what it was. Agent at check out was very friendly and professional. Its close to a 5 star stay and I'd easily stay again.
Amazing Service and clean comfortable rooms!
This is my go to spot in Knoxville. It is an amazingly clean, friendly, and affordable option to visit regularly. The staff go above and beyond to make gusts feel like family. Thank you so much for caring and your commitment to sanitation! I 100% recommend!
