Daily charge of 86 dollars on your credit card besides your room fee
Never again would stay at this place it smells of smoke the staff was rude. They dont tell you about this Incidental charge that no one else has. I just stayed at a Quality Inn in Chicago and it did not have this ridiculous fee.
Overnight stay
Hotel was a great find. Very clean rooms, accommodations was very nice. Hotel staff was very friendly. Would recommend staying at this hotel. Alcoa and Maryville is a really nice place to spend a day or 2.
Worse Experience
I drove in from another state, checked in at 5:00pm, everything looked decent initially,all night long there was people up and down the hallways, my room was right by an elevator, couldn't sleep. The morning it got worse, in the vanity area the light did not work, I had to put a lamp on the sink to put my makeup on, after I was completely finished the light decides to go on after 30 some minutes. To top it off there was food on the walls, I spoke to the General manager who after a horrible night gives a $15 credit, which after explaining everything became extremely rude and could care less about his customers, I told him $15 was not acceptable, but all he said well that's all I am giving you and have a nice day. Looks are deceiving!! Not recommended place to stay.
Terry is the best!!
I’ve been staying at this hotel every week for the past several weeks for work. My first week I realize that they cut the AC off in your room every day. Working 12 hour days in the summer heat makes it unbearable to come in to a hot room in the evening. After explaining this to Terry one time he made sure my stay was comfortable after that. He has been nothing but pleasant and helpful. Thank you for making these my work week as nice as it can be.
Quiet, clean and great bed.
Worth the stay. Quiet, clean and wonderful bed. Breakfast was very good. Sausage one day and bacon the next. Coffee pot in room. Nice and clean. Good location - easy access to everywhere you need to go.
