Great value!
On trip east, just needed place to sleep. This hotel more than met that need. Comfortable,clean room. WiFi good. Breakfast good. Can't beat it for the price. Easy to find, close access to interstate. Restaurants adjoining motel.
Owner is very helpful
The hotel was clean and a safe place to stay. The pool needs to have attention brought to it. It is not clean at all. The owner was very polite and very helpful to my husband and I. We had made reservations for a Handicap room and asked to be moved to a room with out carpet and he did that for us. Breakfast was ok would of liked for it to be hotter. We enjoyed are time there.
Teetering on two "Circles"
The building itself is old and must have been a motel. It is two stories only, no elevator, and you park in front of your room. At night, you have to slide your id into a drawer (think gas station or bank drive through). This gives one pause as to the security of the area. The first assigned room was smoky with dingy carpeting. I was then given a remodeled room with hardwood tile flooring. Better, but the décor is just superficial fluff on an old building past its prime. The window A/C chugs along, but can't keep up with the heat. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. They are definitely the bright spot here.
Excellent!
We had NOT planned on staying at Quality Inn but after our other hotel lied to us (La Quinta here in Alexandria) we needed a place to stay ASAP as we were 4 hours from home and needed something for a few nights!! I quickly called around and Quality Inn had a King size room available so we booked it until Satuday. Now the place CAN use an update but the staff was fantastic, the room was clean, they gave us lots of pillows and towels!! We got up at 6am because my husband had to do training on his new job and they had breakfast hot and ready! Every single time we passed a staff member they were really friendly and helped us any way they could! My husband got done with training a day early so we went to check out and they even gave us the next day pay back along with the deposit! We're so extremely pleased with this hotel and will definitely stay again!
Good deal on a clean, spacious room
We've stayed at this Quality Inn probably 10 times in the past. It has always been a good deal for a nice room. Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was very good and internet served us well. It is convenient to the main street and the interstate, with several good restaurant choices nearby.
