Very bad
Hotel is very noisy unclean uncomfortable staff are not professional, I complained twice and they apologise and promised to compensate me to get our satisfaction but nothing happened. I am not recommended this hotel. Dust at room ,human hair in room , cigarette ash in bathroom, ice in fridge, no door lock.
Excellent hotel
Excellent hotel, very clean, tidy, and very helpful staff. Perfect location, wide parking space, decent entrance, very good COVID precautions, amazing reception staff specially Mr Ahmed who was very helpful. The room was very clean with all of the needed facilities. Breakfast was very good and the restaurant’s staff was excellent. I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Alexandria for business
Beautiful Accommodation
Nice place , the service was very good and the crew was friendly , the hotel was clean they are committed by the instructions of council of ministers to face corona virus , they measure the temperature of all guest and put sanitizers at every place inside hotel , I recommend it

The Hotel room exceeded my expectations. great location of the Hotel.The Room was very clean airconditioning is almost soundless, Wiffi had a very good signal. And the last but not least the staff are very friendly.
Nice hotel
Nice and professional hotel, providing extra high quality of service and makes you enjoy loveable accommodation, highly recommended for all types of stay, however it's somehow away from the beautiful Alexandria's Cornish.
