I take trips to this area often and will only stay at this hotel!!! The staff are amazing and always friendly especially Michelle W. the front desk receptionist!!! She is so sweet and exceptional at her job! She very personable! They are lucky to have her there!!! Thanks again for a great stay guys!!!! See you again soon!

Fantastic hotel with great staff i have a medically needy child and they work with her needs so well the rooms were cleaned very well....would reccomend this hotel to anybody and will deffinatly be back for another stay

I have stayed here in the past,michelle is always polite and helpful.she is the main reason i stay here when i come through iowa,nice room,beds were great,i see you have added more for breakfast.woot.having a great person who goes above and beyond is hard to find,thanks again michelle,you rock ;)
Great Staff
I stayed here for 6 months for a project and the staff was great! Michelle and Ron took care of everything and went above and beyond for my comfort and needs! If you ever are looking for a place to stay, then that's the place!
Terrible Experience
I checked in on Thursday. Could not get the volume to work on the TV, Took the remote to the front desk. Clerk replaced the remote which we tried. Still didn’t work only to find a different remote. Why wouldn’t the clerk know which remote worked the volume? Killed 2 bugs and there was a suspicious stain on the pillowcase. Came back to the room Friday evening to find it had not been cleaned. Saturday morning stopped by front desk to complain and was told that due to COVID-19 rooms were only cleaned every 3 days unless requested. I told themI wanted the room cleaned. Came back Saturday evening and it wasn’t cleaned. Back to the front desk where I again complained. Was only offered fresh towels. Internet connection was not working Saturday night. Have killed several more bugs. Cobwebs in the bathroom. Terrible overal experience
