Comfortable, clean and well maintained hotel
I stayed for 5 nights and was very pleased with the decoration and cleanliness of the hotel, ideally located in the middle of the Amalfi coast. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They even remembered what fruits I liked at breakfast. Also reasonably priced
Not recommended: awful customer service
I don't recommend this place, they don't look after their customers. 1. Awful service: on our arrival, they told us that, for free, they have updated our "room with views" to a "room with balcony", to later discover that said balcony had first line view to the construction site of the hotel next in the street = noise, pollution and null privacy. 2. Despite having gotten confirmation on our arrival that we can leave our luggage after check-out and pick up later during that day, the day of check out they insisted us to take our luggage to Amalfi, because they are not going to look after it in the hotel. The alternative they gave us was a deposit luggage in Amalfi, that would be open at that time of the morning (8.30 am), and with a rate of 1€/item - said deposit didn't open until 2h later, and with a rate of 10€/item. Conclusion: day lost due to their lack of customer service.

After getting lost in the mountains for almost 2 hours while travelling with my elderly father who couldn’t manage the huge numbers of steps at most of the other hotels , we were recommended to try to get a room here and I’m so so pleased did! Antony welcomed us with a huge smile and had my car parked and us settled in a lovely clean and spacious room immediately . We came back down for some drinks and he stayed chatting with my father and I. He was so polite and friendly as were the other staff ane we immediately felt at home . I was worried about not being able to find somewhere suitable for my father but this place was just perfect . I can’t thank you enough , it turned out to be one of the best hotel services I have ever experienced thanks to your service Antony and my father and I have travelled the world together so that’s saying something ! Thanks again! I’m so grateful
3 day Get away
I really enjoyed my time there. The staff were eager to help and provided extraordinary assistance to shuttle us from place to place for dinner. The room was clean and fresh everyday. The view from the room and terrace was spectacular. The place was quiet and inviting. The breakfast was simple but enough and good. The owner was extra helpful and friendly. No access to the beach directly but they were very helpful getting us to the beach. If you are fit you will have no trouble. If you are not they give great assistance.
Excellent hotel!
This is probably the best deal you can find in Amalfi! The owner is super gentle, the parking for our car was for free, the hotel is spotless clean, brand new, breakfast was very rich and the structure is located at walkable distance from the historical center of Amalfi. If needed, there is a bus stop right in front of it which brings to the center and also to Positano or Sorrento. The room with seaview was just the cherry on the cake, can't recommend this hotel enough!
