I have returned to Hotel Floridai for the 16th time and am so pleased with the recent upgrades in beds, pillows, decor, and cafeteria re-do that add to the quality experience. What makes it most comfortable is the welcoming quality staff that always provide excellent service with whatever the customer needs. The food is great. The Manager seeks daily to provide any extra service that is requested. It's a nice location in a safe area. Would recommend to anyone visiting in Ambato and look forward to another visit.

Hotel Florida was very according to our group over the week of Feb 8 - 15th. The food and service was excellent throughout the week and the rooms had been updated prior to our arrival. I would Highly recommend this hotel when traveling to Ambato, Ecuador.

Good a accommodations, rooms were keeped very clean and had been updated new window treatments walls painted new mattresses and comforters very comfortable very friendly staff. Location is Ideal. Food is good.

This is a great hotel with great service. The rooms are nice and very clean, and it has superb staff. This was my fourth time staying and it has been upgraded nicely. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Amazing Ambato Hotel

We come here every year for a medical mission & love the staff, food, & location! The rooms are a bit smaller then most US rooms but pretty standard for Ecuador. There is no bar but they do offer beer & wine. Staff is super accommodating.
