Needed somewhere to stay for about a month having built in kitchens and utensil pots and pans made my life easy for that month staff was very friendly and helpful the whole time whenever we had an issue they took care of it in management was very very respectful

The staff here are totally awesome! Truly makes you feel at home. Hotel manager Lori is the best, super friendly, and personal and truly go out of their way to help you. They are warm sweet with pleasant personality and attitude. Positive atmosphere 🙂💜
Amazingly rude desk clerk
In the room above me I think there was a child running and jumping on the bed. What I heard was thud-thud-thud-thud-thud-thud-thud-thud-thud. It started at 10:00 PM when they checked in. I was trying to sleep; the front desk asked me to wait 15 minutes. I said I could not; I needed to sleep. After a while the thuds stopped. But they resumed the next day, all day long. (Amazingly energetic thudder!) In the afternoon I spoke with someone at the front desk who contacted the guests and said they agreed to move to a room on the 1st floor. When at 8:00 PM the thuds were still thudding and I called, a different lady said curtly that the folks above had requested a particular kind of room to move to, and she was waiting to hear back what to do. When I called back twice, she did not pick up the phone. When I went to the front desk, she was near the phone and uttered one nasty sentence before turning on her heels: "We had issues with you last night, so I'm going to make an executive decision." SHE had issues with ME! I did nothing wrong and was never discourteous. She spoke as though I was the cause of the problems she was having to deal with .
Great place to stay!
The people who run this hotel are the sweetest people. They all go out of there way to make sure you enjoy your stay. Rooms are very clean and its at a perfect location close to lots of restaurants and stores and amazing customer service. :)
Home away from home
Extended Stay America Buffalo - Amherst have clean and spacious rooms considering the Hotels in the area. I have stayed in 7 different hotels in the past two months and Extended stay has been the best so far by far. The staff are very courteous and always willing to help. Great value for one night or several nights. Great location close to dining and shopping.
