They reserved the wrong room for me then they served no breakfast.
When asking about breakfast they have notes in the room saying they had limited breakfast but when called and asked at 630am they said they had no breakfast due to covid but online and in the room said there was breakfast.
Filthy dirty nasty dried up vomit on carpet floor
Do not stay here its filthy an go against my standard of cleanliness stay away they do not care about there hotel an it tells in the suites appearance there was dried up vomit on the carpet leading into the one of the bedrooms the doors were dirty an stained peeling paint dirty carpet an dirty old dated couches lamps with no shades yuck 🤢
Wonderful
I’d definitely recommend this hotel everything was so clean even the stuff was very nice and very respectful... I’d definitely come back here for a stay and I also recommend anyone else to let this be the first hotel on your list for a beautiful clean respectful and quiet stay
friendly staff/convenient location
very friendly staff and convenient location. Room had a lot of wear and tear in it. Needs some updating. Beds/pillows were very comfortable. We stayed here during Covid so was unable to have breakfast although they offered a to go/bag breakfast. This location is very close to everything!
Poor Upkeep of Hotel
The hotel staff was very friendly. It seems like it used to be a staybridge suites so the setup is nice, but the upkeep leaves much to be desired. The carpeting was ripped and stained in many spots, the toilet seat cover was peeling, and several bulbs were burned out. The 2nd day there we noticed ants on the carpet. There was no room service due to Covid, but even the hallway was dirty and not vacuumed. They offered packaged breakfast, but ran out of many options, which was disappointing. The nice staff was the only redeeming factor.
