Checked in last Friday July 9th for a 10 days stay. Front Desk clerk Katie was a pleasure and got us checked in very quickly. Nice room , super clean and everything we needed. Daily breakfast was served "to go " style by friendly staff , breakfast sandwiches, cereals, yogurt, fruit milk ,coffee, donuts etc..bottled water at front desk, nightly cookies too. Free use of laundry is very convenient as well as access to a computer and printer. Our room was cleaned mid stay by Kelly, great job. Every employee we encountered was friendly and helpful. Convinently located near everything. Will definitely stay here again.

This room is disgusting. I can’t believe how poor condition it’s in. They gave us a upgrade that looks almost exactly the same. I definitely won’t be staying again. They have stay-bridges much better condition
Exceeded Our Expectations

My company booked this place for our relocation. It was a bit off the freeway (i90) and the parking was slim, but once inside it was amazing.
Every encounter with the staff was amazing. The room was clean, and appliances were new stainless steel.
The breakfast we got had warm egg sandwiches, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, and juice. It was a good breakfast, it’s nice to have something warm.
Note staybridge suites are not the same everywhere. The stay at Louisville was very disappointing, particularly after how nice Buffalo was...
Staybridge Suites Amherst during the pandemic

Yet another stay at Staybridge Suites in Amherst. Everything was great as usual, but this is the first visit since the pandemic hit. Staff were very professional, and the Covid-19 safety protocols in place make you feel very safe!
Beautiful place, great service

This hotel was a pleasant surprise! It’s about 5 miles from my house, and in the midst of Covid stress, I was seeking a little staycation. The little studio was very well appointed with a full kitchenette (almost full-sized fridge, dishwasher, 2 burners, microwave, sink, toaster, coffee pot, and a few Pyrex bowls and pans. My one complaint is that they could have stocked at least a few pieces of flatware and glasses—even if they were plastic. I also don’t understand why they removed coffee from the rooms, and I ran to the store to buy some and creamer before finally seeing a sign the next day explaining they were available downstairs.
Comfy couch with chaise that turns into a bed, a separate work desk, and a 40” tv (with DVD) were all nice additions. In-room temperature controls and black out curtains were appreciated.
The bathroom is modern and has full size bottles of J.R. Watkins shampoo, conditioner, and body wash attached in a holder on the wall. One large closet rounds out the space.
The bed as a little too firm for me, but okay overall, and came with 4 very comfy pillows.
This room was more than worth the price, especially considering the location is across from UB and the plaza it is located within contains options for Chinese, Thai/sushi/pho, pizza, Mighty Taco, a Breakin’ Eggs satellite, bubble tea, a mini grocery, and INSOMNIA COOKIES. I’ll definitely be back!
