Fine for one night!
We stayed here for one night. Free parking outside. It is near to quite a busy road however we were given a quiet room at the back. Balcony faced a green area. Walls were a bit thin and you can hear neighbours. Small television (we didn't use it). Very large bathroom with a double shower. Large room with cupboards and a separate desk. Big full length mirror. Only one long single pillow across a double bed.
Really nice place
From outside the hotel doesn't look as nice as it's inside. The hotel is really nice and the rooms are really big, bright and you have everything that you need. Also the bathroom is really big, and nice as well. All the staff from the hotel was really nice and kind.
Total misleading location in prepaid hotel voucher
Location of hotel is total different as it is in your information in hotel voucher . According google map the distance from Bilbao centre to the hotel is 5,5 km and in the fact it is 24,6 km !! This is totally misleading information to the customer. That is why we were forced to change the hotel after two nights beside four nights, to the hotel, which tells the truth. Now, if Gala hotels is straightforward, you will pay back two nights to me. Breakfast was totally pour to compare our next hotel same price. This was our first experience of Gala hotels, and was it the last one, it depends on you !!
Easy overnighter
We stayed for 1 night in July. We had 2 rooms on the ground floor. We arrived in the late afternoon and left early the next morning. This hotel was a great pit stop. The check in staff was very helpful with dinner suggestions and extra towels. The rooms were large and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was huge. The wifi was free and a good speed. The windows fully opened and it was lovely to have some fresh air blowing inside. The hotel is in a lovely little village. It took us about 20 minutes to drive to the centre of Bilbao. The hotel is also located right across the road from the train station that will take you into Bilbao. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area!
Excelent relationship quality-confort-price
If travel with car by Bilbo around, it is a good choice. It cheap, very clean, quite, new forniture in wood, enoght with a elegant toch caoba. Beds are good, confortable, soft and hard enoght. Toilets are modern and very news decorated. Bilbo is choose by car.
