Simple hotel, outdated.. would be ok for one night if not a very unfriendly management. If , by any chance , you would dare to deliver any complains, instead of simply admit it and promise to do better next time , they will put the blame on you. The person who replays to customers reviews would always use the same style of insult: well , maybe next time, you should ...a) check our website better b) book more expensive room c) choose hotel closer to the center d) book 5 * hotel Sadly enough, the management don't understand that the bad reviews are meant not to insult anyone but to help the hotel to improve thing and to be better next time.

Terrible customer service. So unresponsive in regards to rebooking a room due to Covid. We booked over Kings Weekend which we couldn't attend due to the pandemic and even though we have paid a fortune for one night due to that weekend being the busiest of the year they won't let us stay an extra night in future FoC and instead we have to pay the difference. By the way, what we paid for 1 night for Kings Weekend if 6 times what one night is now. No one has come back to me for weeks when I have tried to rearrange and they've been rude from the get go. How about a little more leniency considering we're in the middle of a pandemic and if you want more business due to the lull, be polite to your existing customers? If we could cancel we would but we have already paid for the room which they've said is non-refundable.

I booked this place last minute after walking out of a dump in Amsterdam, the room was so much better than you get right in the city Centre and transport was really close. The beds were comfy, the shower was excellent and the air con was a god send. Polite staff on reception too

I reserve room from this otel for 20.03.20-24.03.20 with my friend. Because of corona i didn't visit to hotel. But hotel didn't refund my payment back. I have question. How i may visit to Amsterdam if there is restriction to enter the country?

In a crisis like this with covid-19 worldwide, it certainly helps to weed out the bad hotels who do not have any social or customer friendly outlook and services. I'm trying to cancel my booking and the only response from this hotel is that they can't because Netherlands, unlike the rest of the sane parts of the world who take social responsibility, has not issued closed borders and a shut down. This is their reason! How crazy is that! How do I as a tourist from a country that had shut it's borders down even travel there if I'm not allowed to. This is an exceptional time for the world. And this hotel in Netherlands has proven they have no interest in showing extraordinary conduct but wants to simply make money. Such a poor showmanship of humanity!
