Pleasant stay
We stayed here a group for three nights, the check in process was really easy at the airport, check out even easier, just leave the keys on the table. Apartment was clean, tea, coffee and sugar provided. The only down fall we had was the room temperature, as it was warm outside and the windows at the front don’t open. I would recommend these apartments, good value for money and great location.
Comfortable Stay
Me and 2 friends stayed here back in October 2015, after booking these apartments, very negative reviews started emerging on TripAdvisor in regards to burglaries without forced entry etc. Of course with a non-refundable rate, we was stuck. Either lose our money and cancel, or risk our belongings and travel. I can happily say we had a safe 3 days in those apartments. It was very big, spacious. Very Very clean and had 2 Towels to each person which is a lovely thought. As most places will only provide 1 towel for 5 days per person. Nothing went missing, and our request to not have a basement room was honored. This proves to me that the company who own the apartment do consider personal requests which is much appreciated.
Beautiful apartments
This apartment is self contained and brilliant for a trip away with everything you could need. Had to fetch the key from another office which is difficult as the map wasn't clear and the other side of the city but the apartment was close to amenities and excellent value for money. Lovely walk to the city and very safe, the people were lovely and not a lot of noise I would defiantely stay here again. We checked In at the airport which was brilliant and would have been a lot easier if the key was at the airport. Brilliant apartment.
Amazing stay!!
Despite the bad reviews for the apartments when we arrived we were suprised by the lovely and clean interior of our apartment! We had no bother with any rats or noise and had an amazing 3 nights there. Every room was clean, we had a great view from our apartment and were not far from the centre of Amsterdam. Great stay and would recommend to anyone thinking of visiting Amsterdam for a few nights!!
Hell !!
we were in Amsterdam for two days trip. we travelled four friends. One of them was stayed in Ph Apartments Amsterdam before. He recommended this apartment to us.. First of all , we were travelling by train. You have to visit first their Office for getting the key then go to the apartment. As you can see in the pictures ; room temperature was 30 c degree , air conditioner plug was specially cut it out by Ph Apartment management , and sealed all the Windows.. we called the Ph Apartment Office and try to tell them the situation. But their response was " every room in Amsterdam is very hot , it'll be cooler in the night ". Well , i don't know why we believed them , we said ok and leave the room for sightseeing. when the night comes we entered the room at 8 pm. The front desk lady was right , the room was cooler but only 0.5 c degree.. (as you can see in the pic. ) after that we called booking.com and tell them our situation. Booking.com lady talked with the Ph Apartments Office and said to us they will find a solution and resolve your problems , don't worry. We thank to her wait for the Ph Apartment call.. They called like 30 min. later and their solution was " we will get you a extra fan" . We try to explain them , we don't need extra fan we need fresh air to live trought the day. It was 29.5 c degree and no fresh air.. after 5 min. explanation their second solution was " we will get you 2 extra fan." I try to explain one more time that we need fresh air not a fan. We said come here and open the Windows or cancel our reservation and refund us , i will try to find another hotel in Amsterdam. Just cancel my reservation.. they said we can not refund but we will be move in you another apartment. After 30 min. we had to accept the move in offer , which the new apartment has open Windows. But again first we have to go their Office get the new key back and go to the new apartment. when i was in the Office i ask the guy , where is the new apartment. is it closer to center or further.. he said to me its much closer don't worry. After all i see , i couldn't believe him and tell him , Show me the new apartment location on the map. and he shows me a place i ve never been in , never been try to in. (it was my 5th time in Amsterdam ) and he try to convience me it is a very central location and then he draw a circle all the Amsterdam map and say , Amsterdam center this circle.. well it was 9 pm and i was hungry and i said what the hell give me the key. well folks it's not the end , we stayed in the new apartment and in the morning they called us like 8-9 times in the morning and they said we have to remove you from that apartment because it has reservation . We understand that they were just save the day . They apologized and said we will upgrade you to the penthouse. Well it was not penthouse , just a bigger house thats all.. they called it penthouse. Again we packed our luggages go to their Office get the new key and to the new apartment. We stayed 2 days in Amsterdam and move in 3 houses. So , i stayed in hotels , hostels , apartment all around the World. I stayed in a car in Budva , Montenegro. But it was my worst staying. I will never recommend this company to anybody.
