Clean and convenient
I stayed here with my family, with two kids. Even though Disney isn't open, we enjoyed Downtown Disney nearby. The staff are nice and polite. Rooms are clean. Very convenient location to Disney area. Needed a break without breaking the bank.
Clean and convenient
I was just in town for a few days visiting family members and found this property. It was clean, affordable, and in a convenient location. The staff members were very helpful, both the manager and desk clerk Valeria were able to check me in quickly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family (especially for Disney trips!).
Friendly Staff with Clean Rooms Located in a Convenient Location
I flew into town on a last-minute business trip and needed a room for one night. Was able to quickly book online at a reasonable price considering the circumstances. Upon arrival was had a no-hassle check-in to the very clean and renovated room. The staff was very friendly and respectful. Definitely enjoyed my stay!
Clean but bare bones
The place was clean. The desk staff very courteous and helpful. Location was convenient to the convention center. The price wasn't inexpensive but it was the least expensive one of our choices. It has fake hardwood floors instead of obnoxious dirty carpet and they were clean. This was the most bareboned motel room I have ever stayed out. It was like Motel 6 in the 60s (I stayed at one then and didn't like it for the same reasons I'm putting down here). There was no box of tissues, no shampoo or lotion. There was no radio/alarm clock (I like it because when you wake up in the middle of the night, you can see what time it is). There were no lamps. If you are reading in bed, you have to get out, go to the door to turn off the lights and then stumble back to your bed. The lock that you flip to make sure your door is secure for the night was broken, It came right out of the wall (not exactly a safety feature). There was no breakfast (not a deal breaker). And while they offered coffee and hot water, there were no tea bags. People are flying in to be here. We don't carry shampoo, tissues, no tea bags with us because we are expecting to be supplied with these.
Disneyland trip
Drove in from Las Vegas, get checked into a dirty room. It is literally the bare essentials. Towel, bed, tv. No hair dryer, no shampoos, no toilet paper, no wifi. Woke up to have a shower and was greeted by a giant cockroach in the tub. You can hear everything and everyone around you in the surrounding rooms. Pay the extra money to stay somewhere decent.
