I would definitely stay again

I gave it a 4 because my room smelled like someone had been smoking in there for so long and the Turkish bath and spa that I had anticipated was out of order. Otherwise, the hotel is clean, friendly staff, it’s in a safe location, and nice breakfast.

We stayed at Koru whilst receiving treatment at a hospital in Ankara. The Reception staff could not have done more to help us, and were very obliging, kind and caring. The room was very comfortable with all expected extras. Breakfast was excellent, the food was very fresh and well presented. Good Turkish cuisine in the restaurant. We can thoroughly recommend the Koru, and thought it was good value for money.

We stayed here 4 nights and had a good experience. It was very convenient for our trip and there were several chops and decent restaurants in easy walking distance. Breakfast was okay but we went in for dinner at the hotel one night and they did not have any food to prepare. The staff was friendly and most spoke some English. Housekeeping was good as well.

Very disappointed in a drop in service

I have stayed at the Koru hotel regularly for over a year. Sadly the service has gradually declined. Although the hotel is clean and central in Cankaya, the service has definitely dropped. I've arrived to have bookings lost, be put in the wrong room, keys not working and having rooms that smell awful. Very disappointed, as i loved staying here. Breakfast remains a highlight but not worth dealing with bad servcie.

It's better than some 5 star hotels which I stayed before clean, good value, very good internet connection which is the most important for me and good location for me in general it's good choice and I will be back again in the future.
