I was very tired when I got there, went to room sat down and noticed a contact lens on the night stand.🤬 went to the bathroom and there was hair on the floor. Bottle cap and a toe nail on the floor. I got a soapy cloth and wiped this down. The good thing was I had clean sheets. I think 🤔

The pool room had a broken humidifier so all the towels were damp and there were 2 doors to the outside parking lot propped open to help with the humidity. The one door was to a back parking lot and was very creepy! I would have rather been told the pool was closed and we would have booked elsewhere. Also the bed was so loud when rolling over it was hard to get a good nights sleep! I did like the access key on my phone that was very easy to use and convenient to have!!
Cozy and clean

Room was exceptionally clean, updated and ready for check in on time! Front desk was courteous and helpful. Even the housekeeping team prepping the next morning said a good morning greeting! Breakfast was a better than most continental breakfast.
Will never stay here again

I stayed here to go to the Big House for my first time. I was meeting friends so decided to stay at this hotel since I am a Diamond member. What a huge mistake! Check in was awful. I hope it's not uncouth to drop the race card, but the two white guys that checked in before me got all the attention from the clerk, and it seemed like I was being 100% ignored. After about 10 minutes of waiting, I was finally able to check in. The clerk exhibited so much good energy to the two in front of me, but to me he was short, terse, and very dismissive. That's what I get for being a Diamond member I suppose... And a brown guy at that. Hmm... Maybe I just read the situation wrong but it sure didn't feel that way. Fast forward to breakfast. It absolutely made me sick to my stomach. Awful would be a compliment. Totally inedible. Ruined a decent start to my day. I will say that they advertised a nice shuttle service to the stadium, that was unexpected. The room was ok, but it is an older Hampton, so as to be expected. Bathroom needed a serious blast of maintenance, the whole room really could have used it. Overall, big disappointment. Contacted Hilton through their feedback system and was given a paltry allotment of hotel points. By the way, my stay was on points, 80,000, which is a ton for a Hampton Inn. Seems the satisfaction guarantee means nothing because the hotel manager and Hilton are not taking this seriously. Hence the review in Tripadvisor. Hoping they make it right. A refund of 80,000 points and an apology is what I'm looking for on this one.
Not up to usual Hampton standards

The wait to check in was terrible. We drove up from Baltimore that day and the line to check in was the worst traffic jam we faced all day. The breakfast was horribly stocked. The common bathroom didn’t have soap. Our room was right next to the elevator. When my wife asked to move she got an non responsive answer.
