A pearl embedded between forest and lake of elegant luxury . Great view over the lake. Excellent restaurants and service...we loved it and are sure to return again. Di not miss the michkin star restaurant...an inventive delicacy

A lovely relaxing place to stay near Annecy centre with fabulous views, a lovely pool/spa, and a fine dining restaurant. Rooms are lovely. Friendly staff. All that you could wish for for a relaxing break.

Overall staff aren't efficient not friendly enough and don't go the extra miles for the clients The room is so so, paying for a spa entry without any services is outrageous. Beautiful view but definitely not worth the money. Room service menu should be known by staff and explained properly. menus should be in rooms and AC Should be working ! we did not sleep well as too hot in the room.

very friendly staff , nice location near the lake (5 minutes walk) and city centre (15 minutes walk). very good restaurants (2) in the hotel. We stayed 2 weeks and had a fantastic stay. Many things to do in the region, such as paragliding which is very exciting (Les Passagers du Vent in Talloires is the best) , the Mont Blanc (aiguille du midi), Yvoire (most beautiful place in France), Gorges du Fier, Cirque du fer a Geval (nice walk), Les Confins near La Clusaz, Col Semnoz , Col de la Forclaz, Col contrabandiers, Aix-les-Bains and Megeve (very nice cities)

The staf at the reception is super super friendly Atmosphere in the restaurant is little "cool" Some attention to the illumination would increase the atmosphere The path throug the forest not easy to walk
