Nice people and nice breakfast. Quite hotel near the strip. Only issues was bed was a bit hard and almost fell getting out of the shower. Needs to be lowered to get in or out. It is a pet friendly hotel so that helps they like pets Overall we'd stay again

We were there as part of The Heart of Texas Branson Music Tour. We were there for 5 nights and were amazed at this hotel. Great Breakfasts, accommodations, and staff. This hotel has been redone and looks and feels like a new hotel. Great place to stay.

This place is a gem one in a million ! I stayed here as a guest and the staff is amazing! They went above and beyond to make everyone in my group happy! Im a motor coach operator and we had two bus full here and they made it such a wonderful time !the breakfast was good and they never missed a beat to make sure we were taking care of from the owners to the house keeper always smiled and made every effort to accommodate us!

Will be back again! Great breakfast, front desk folks are great!!! We used the salt water pool, a little cool, but was still open.... We can't wait to bring our whole family back in the spring for our family reunion!

DON'T STAY HERE

I'd recommend that no one stay here. The only pleasant experience I had at the hotel was the woman who checked me in who also seemed new as she was asking questions about the computer while doing so. The staff are not ever available unless it's early morning or during check in/out times. Whoever is on night duty puts up a sign that says they're tending to other guests when they're most likely just sleeping in a room and leave a number that they don't ever answer or return calls with. Ice machines were all broken, water fluctuates when you take a shower, and the hotel room was gross. The photos you see on their page are not at all what their rooms look like. You also get a lovely scent of cigarette smoke from the maintenance guys lingering at the front door when you walk in and out. Don't stay here. Spend an extra $30-$50 elsewhere and you'll be much happier.
