La habitación dejo mucho que desear ya que tenía olor a humedad. Se escuchaba todo de la habitación de al lado. En general el hotel esta descuidado. Lo bueno y para destacar es el desayuno, la atención del personal y su ubicación, muy cerca del Tanger

Unsafe, Overpriced and Filthy

Paid 102$ a night. Way overpriced for the conditions. Photos must of been take. 10-15 years ago. After talking to other guests. They claimed to have paid 60$ a night. At that rate I would have delt with it for myself. Even at that rate with my family, would be a No. didn’t feel safe. Fire sprinklers in the room are not up to code. Has heavy paint on sprinklers. Pink mold on shower/tub. Can’t see the bottom of the pool. Hot tub was amazing. Just avoid the broken glass from a picture frame. Concrete around the pool is moldy. Carpet by the pool is soaked. 1 of 3 ice machines worked. Breakfast was a 5/10

Amazing place to stay very friendly staff very clean rooms we stayed a extra night and purchased 2 rooms breakfast was a full bar sausage eggs biscuits gravey boiled eggs apple and orange juice milk yogurt 😋 cereal oatmeal.. pool was a little to cold to be indoor heated hot tub was bug compared to other places we have stayed very clean may I add.. the noise level wasn't to bad.. will definitely stay again. Can't beat the price for all the accommodations.

This hotel was awful. Dirty, outdated, they charged a $2 property fee for parking. Rooms are on outside of hotel, so you freeze walking to breakfast. Walls paper thin. We heard people talking beside us & and people stomping above us until 3:30 a.m. I do not recommend this place.

Quality Inn owned by 'Aum Hospitality LLC' -- Stay away from these greedy fellows! My family (with 2 smalls kids) drove over 8 hours (from Dallas, TX) and reached this hotel after 9.00pm on a very cold November Thursday. At the reception, I was told that my booking was cancelled! I was stunned to hear that and I asked them "why would I drive 8+ hours if I've cancelled my hotel reservation #32794622)"!!! The hotel receptionist (an Indian name that I don't remember any longer) had ZERO customer care experience...and very rudely asked me to find another hotel in the area before it's too late in the night! I called Choice Privileges 800* customer care number and now they started talking to the hotel directly. After few minutes, I was told that...the hotel management cancelled my reservation (a couple of hours before I reached there!) Such customer obsession…such a customer service. Most certainly, they cancelled my reservation because they overbooked themselves! Such greedy fellows! Stay from any hotel that's run by Aum Hospitality LLC! Hospitality is ONLY in their license papers...!
