Fantastic as always
Booked a 2 weeks stay at Be Grand, but, unfortunately the resort closed it’s doors on 1st of November and we were transferred at a sister hotel from the same chain. But even so, our stay at Be Grand was simply marvelous. Smooth check in, clean room, delicious food, friendly & helpful staff. And even if it was the end of the season for our favorite resort, and literally there were just several guests, we did not feel that we would miss something, we could still find almost all the things and facilities that Be Grand used us with. Specially the staff, always smily, helpful and prompt. It was a pleasure to see again Askin and Eda from the spa center, many thanks for taking such a good care of my wife. Thank you Be Grand for pampering us, you are the best from the whole Delphin chain and one of our favorite in the whole world! See you next year!
My stay at this resort was overall a pleasant experience. I really enjoyed the resorts facilties and it was really clean. The resort adheres to social distancing and provide face masks. The desk staff are very pleasant as are the waiters, however some of the staff could do with some customer service training including Juliet from the guest relations team, I found her to be rude and not helpful at all. I do want to thank Ayhan from guest relations whom I found to be very prossional, polite and understanding. It makes such a difference to your experience when there are supportive people like Ayhan who are good role models and ambassadors for such resorts.
Great Customer Relations - Ayhan
I stayed at this hotel a few weeks ago. I have stayed at a few Delphin resorts and have found them to be great hotels. This is my first stay at Delphine be grande. I must say that the rooms were clean and the hotel decor was amazing. The food was OK, the beach was amazing, the night entertainment OK. However, the one thing that I will remember from this hotel is a lovely gentleman by the name of Ayhan (guest relations). I actually thought he was a manager as conducted himself really well. Ayhan was very helpful all of the time and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Ayhan (guest relations)
Excellence in guest relations (Ayhan)
I should have written this review a few weeks ago as feel that someone deserving needs to hear good feedback when it is deserved. Ayhan who works for the guest relations team is a great guy. When ever I had a concern or wasn’t happy with something (and there were a few issues)! Ayhan was more that supportive, nothing was ever too much for him and was happy to help. I approached some of the other hotel staff but none were as helpful as Ayhan. I want to thank Ayhan for his great customer relations. Thank you Ayhan.
Words can not express enough how much Ayhan from guest relations made mine and my families stay special. He is an exceptional man who goes out of his way to help you. He always has a smile on his face and is eager to help with anything. I wish the rest of the guest relations staff were like him.
