Que hotel mas malo, malo no por arquitectura o localizazion malo por gerencia un ascoo es una dictotariaaaa cuando les da la gana de exigen dejes el hotel y no te rembolsan tu dinero como se supone.
Normal si das con una buena habitación

En general tiene buena pinta, a pesar de que el agua de la habitación de arriba cuando se duchaban, se salía por nuestros halógenos del baño, se lo comentamos en recepción y nada...estuvimos dos noches y no nos cambiaron de habitación.
Otro inconveniente era que el aire acondicionado de la habitación de al lado se escuchaba en nuestra habitación como si estuviese dentro.
El buffet un poco escaso, pero de buena calidad.

We decide to come for our honeymoon to Antalya and we stayed at different hotels, this hotel was more close to the beach this is the one important +, biggest minus service, start from rude reception lady with short hairstyle, which even not looking at you during the conversation, talking with you as bossy style... looks like she is paying for my vacation here... and telling you if you need iron come and pick up it from reception and bring it back after use... this is named hotel?! Or my home neighbor... I didn’t understand this super pandemia rules, bag pick up by yourself, no teapot and cups in your room ... no breakfast... but you can order Alacart to your room... room clean this is good side of this hotel ...as we inform that it’s our honeymoon during our stay (4days) even they didn’t give complimentary tea... beach near and clean, music and bar if there .. I can’t recommend this hotel only because of disappointing service which are spoiled our mood during the stay

Checked out early due to poor customer service by the receptionist on duty 5 Aug.
I booked on a Breakfast included Basis however upon check in the rude receptionist said that there is no breakfast available at the hotel.
My Luggage was disinfected on arrival.
There was no porter at the hotel and when I asked the Receptionist to help with the luggage, He claimed that due to the pandemic He cannot handle luggage.
I just came from another hotel which had no problems handling my luggage and when I checked out early this morning, Another Receptionist on duty kindly helped me with the Luggage so it is clear that the receptionist did not wish to help.
The Room was nice however the fridge was not working and when I reported it, The Receptionist was unhelpful and said someone will come tomorrow.
A waiter that works at the restaurant overheard and kindly gave us two bottles of water.
The Hotel Room is nice but the customer service is poor.
It seems this hotel is open for business but does not want to accommodate customers.
Really enjoyed with my family

Hotel has 5 floors and about 25 rooms, I was here with my parents for one week... Best things about this hotel are decoration of rooms and location that is near to bus station, beach, Migros shop and almost city center. Foods of hotel was satisfaction for me, in every meal they have 3/4 main course, different kinds of salads and deserts... for those who looking for various kinds of foods, it may seem low but for me it was ok and delicious. Staff were friendly and could understand english enough, reception was a little too serious sometimes but in overal they were also helpful. Pool was big enough for swimming and bar has different kinds drinks except cocktails.
I recommend this hotel because I really enjoyed my vacation with my family here.
