Amazing SPA experience
This hotel is really amazing, especially SPA center ran by George! What an experience, entire team is so cheerful and kind, and after the treatment, one is really feeling so relaxed and good as new! Thank u George and a team for this wonderful experience! 😊
Thirt time i coming back here this summer . Location are amazing !!! Loved villas . Quite . Clean , tasty food (did not visit a le carte) all staff care about covid 19 even in restourant u cant enter without mask but they giving them right before eneternce . Towels with out card - big plus u dont need to stress about lost towel . Aquo park - very big !!! To much fun ! So happy to found this hotel ! Most of all i loved breakfast fresh juices and fruits. Many swimings pools and bars. And ofcorse most importent of all evening program. And two morw things First Loved Gorkem Durmaz koncert so much and second Starbucks 🙈
Luxurious territory, excellent cuisine even for vegetarians, polite staff. Quite. Was amazing, we come from london, our third time Turkey, but exackly next year again Nirvana cause best personel best servies, amazing place, and who director hamam mister gokhan very funny guy. And his team amazing
Staff is awful
We spent there one week, hotel is fine, but staff is really awful. Cleaning was done badly. Supervisor did not give any reaction to my requests. Bed linens they changed 1 time. 1 time, but we spent there a week. This is not standard for 5 star hotel. At last day hotel manager asked how was our staying. While we were standing and speaking about all problems to her-she was sitting in her chair. By the way what kind of respect for guests can be if she did not even get up from her chair to go with us to solve the problem, go to the room, see what's the matter. Restaurant and food quite well. We found a hair in salad and a a piece of plastic in our soup. At least hotel is beautiful. Location is good.
