Great place to stay
Our room was booked through Agoda, very last minute, but it had been double booked! However before we arrived we had a friendly email from Ibrahim explaining what had happened but telling us not to worry he would sort it out and we would have a lovely holiday. And he was right! Due to the mix up Ibrahim gave us a suite for the same price. The suite was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfy and we had masses of space and our own private terrace overlooking the beautiful pool, which was lovely to swim in. The breakfasts were buffet style and all Covid restrictions were followed. We had delicious food all laid out beautifully with different cooked options available every day and 2 very helpful members of staff there to help out and serve the coffee, one of whom I believe was the chef. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would return there again ourselves.
Excellent stay in an Old town
Rooms and bathrooms are great, with a stylish furniture and a nice view. Breakfast is delivered to a terrace near the pool, - eggs and bum, nothing special. Location is perfect if you go from/to airport by tram - it’s just 3-4 minutes walking from the tram station. Friendly English-speaking receptionist.
Very friendly staff and service!
We had a great time at the hotel! Nice food and friendly staff and service! The rooms are clean and comfortable! Plenty of space! The pool is big and clean! Many cats in the garden so you have to like them!
Good value for the price
Me and my gf had a wonderful stay here. The hotel has its charm, but is somewhat loud (from our room, we heard guests talking when they walk past, noises of the breakfast being prepared and served in the morning). Located smack dab in the middle of Old Town (couple of minutes walk from Hadrian's Gate), the value for the price is definitely there, which is why I rated five stars instead of four. We also had very helpful, polite and sweet hosts, who helped my gf book a dentist appointment, and drove her there two days in a row for approx. the same price as one-way trip from the airport. All-in-all we had a very pleasant experience, save for a somewhat run-down building and room, so I'm not sure how these other, terrible reviews transpired...
Pleasant stay
Urcu hotel is located in the old town of Antalya, which is quite popular among tourists. The hotel is a short walk from an array of beautiful and lively street side restaurants. The room we got was spacious and clean however bathroom can be improved upon as it was a little smelly and door was jamming again and again. Pool side breakfast area was lovely however, breakfast options were limited. Omelette service was slow but was delicious indeed. Receptionist and other staff was helpful and polite. I recommend this hotel in Antalya!
