Very clean and cosy
Very friendly and helpfull staff. Rooms were clean and have a nice warm and modern interior! We had diner and breakfast in the hotel and it was excellent. Good taste, good presentation Overall a very good experience, yet again!
Top hotel
This hotel is marvellous!! Very nice personell, nice rooms, not a big hotel. Splendid view and nice cute breakfast eggs like we wanted fress orange juce. 15 minutes walking to the center of Antwerp so not that far.
Lovely but overpriced
Reception staff were kind and helpful. The hotel is well appointed and maintained - clean and funky atmosphere. Unfortunately the restaurant staff seemed distracted and disinterested. The menu was varied and the food good. Nevertheless, a tab of over 350 euro for a pre-dinner drink, starters and mains for 3 and a bottle of wine would have merited some engagement from the crew. Also, an almost 300 euro room without a bath and without a tea kettle was disappointing.
Very good !
Just opposite the MAS - in the new part of the north of the city called "Eilandje" This is a nice restaurant giving a good choice of dishes on the menu. Food is served by friendly and prosfessional staff, and is tasty, good assortiment of wines and beers
U sleep well and relax in Antwerp!
This is such a nice place, very friendly staff in a fantastic place in Antwerp. Each time I stay in this beautiful city I'm excited I can stay at 'The U'. And when reserving the room I cross fingers it's not fully booked. Great food as well. The 'steack tartare' is highly recommended.
