Osteria dei Segreti

We have just returned from holiday in Marche, and stayed here for the 1st night before going onto our villa. We were allocated a triple room, which was like a self contained apartment. Downstairs had a very small kitchen, settee and decent sized bedroom. Upstairs on a mezzanine level was a very comfortable double bed and a single bed for our son. Also a small TV and air conditioning. The room was more than ample for our needs, we had a good quiet nights sleep. The hotel has a lovely clean swimming pool which was tested by our son. The pool has umbrellas and showers around it, he had the pool entirely to himself. We had dinner here and the staff although not speaking perfect English were able to understand my dodgy Italian and we got by in a friendly way. Staff were very accommodating and more than happy to serve the fixed menu for 2 people but with 3 plates. (We were only charged for 2) Dolci was delicious and there was an excellent choice of wines. Breakfast was the usual continental style with cheese and meats, including home made cakes. Overall a really good place o stay.

last summer i went to Italy in holiday, i was looking for a country side on the green of the fields. I found out a small city in Marche region named Appignano with a good tradition of the local product and respect for the environment, and on the countryside I found the paradise. Osteria dei segreti is a restaurant built in a old tipical house managed between 2 brother and a sister. The chef created a menu with local and fresh products, really fresh homemade pasta with meat and vegetable from their own farm, wines from their grapevines and all the finest bottle of the region and country. The rooms are fabulous especially the ones near the swimming pool, where you can enjoy your drinks lying on the lounge chairs in complete relaxion. All I can say is you need to have a chance to try what I had this summer, but I warn you'll not be able to leave the place.

Gruppetto di casali ristrutturati in un'oasi di pace e di benessere, in un paesaggio estremamente rilassante. Atmosfera molto tranquilla, camere nuove, quasi tutte su due livelli (salottino parte bassa con divano, TV e zona office e camera con bagno soppalcata). Colazione abbondante, ben assortita e presentata con gusto (ad es. trancetti di crostata in igienici vasetti chiusi monodose...). Gestori molto attenti e cortesi. Spazio fitness con attrezzi al chiuso e, per il tempo caldo, piscina esterna con bellissima vista.

Siamo stati a luglio in questa struttura che già conoscevamo, devo dire che dal punto di vista dei servizi questi sono molto miglioratI: piscina , spa e Palestra. Noi abbiamo provato solo la piscina e le trovo veramente positive , anche la palestra piccola ma ben attrezzata. Le camere sono ben arredate solo il bagno e ‘ un po’ piccolo ma non claustrofobico. La ristorazione secondo il mio personale parere è il settore che può avere delle potenzialità da esprimere ancora . In sostanza la struttura e positiva in maniera assoluta da migliorare solo l ‘aspetto ristorante , il personale è sempre disponibile ,migliorare anche il frigo bar.

Ottimo locale x fare un pranzo veloce di lavoro in relax immersi nella campagna del maceratese. Ottimo x la cena e xchè non anche con Camera e piccola piscina x un rinfresco estivo dopo una giornata di lavoro. Cibo ottimo e di qualità.
