The hotel is very well located at Atalaia´s beach, close to restaurants, craft fair and the beach promenade. The staff are attentive and polite, the room is comfortable and the breakfast is well served. It has closed parking. I recommend it to anyone who goes with family at leisure.

We stay 2 nights in this hotel and it vould be better... room was clean but towels and bed clothes had a horrible smell due to humidity. We contacted lobby and they changed everything but again had this horrible smell.

I was traveling for business and I was looking for a hotel confortable and near touristic places, considering that I wouldn't have enough time to actually enjoy the city in my (short) free time. The Real Praia hotel was everything I was looking for. The staff is extremelly polite and friendly, besides the hotel is located in one of the most beautiful beaches of Aracaju and it's near really nice restaurants. I totally recommed it.

Durante nossa hospedagem o hotel estava cheio, com café com poucas opções, nosso quarto estava com cheiro forte quando chegamos (hotel pediu para solicitarmos limpeza no dia posterior pois não tinha outro quarto para trocarmos), além disso, houve queda de energia e nós passamos a noite e parte do outro dia sem energia no quarto (sem ar, carregar celular) e sem poder trocar de quarto por conta da lotação. Pedimos estorno da primeira diária e até hoje não a realizaram e nem me dão prazo de devolução. Pontos positivos: localização.

Hotel razoável. Bem básico. Atendimento bem frio. Internet não funcionou (tive que fazer uma reunião de 2:30 usando 3G). Água do chuveiro torneira completamente salobra, indicando ausência de tratamento. Poderia ser melhor.
