Allegra Toscana

The location on corso Italia is not the same as listed in the pictures.. reading other review I was skeptical but this location turned out to be better than expected.. There is an elevator, which apparently is new and made the second floor hospitable.. This was a great set up for our family (3 kids and my wife), large enough where everyone had space to breath. Location is central arezzo and perfect imo. There is not a cafeteria at this locale but they do have cleaning service. Our stay included breakfast, which you get at Vasari cafe in piazza grande. The breakfast is typical Italian and exactly what I expected. I would recommend this for families on a budget.

Corso Italia 108, after two floors of steep stairs without a lift, behind a bunker-style door we find a badly restored attic, without air conditioning, but with a comfortable and ecological fan. And we are immediately reassured! The furniture seemed half an Ikea catalog and half the modern antiques fair. The kitchen corner was worthy of the most minimalist student apartment. The very pop tasteful paintings, which we failed to appreciate, struggle with the emptiness of the walls. One of the two bedside-shelves was missing, but how much beauty in those screws protruding from the wall! In the bathroom there are no supports for towels, this allows a healthy exercise in bringing them from the room to the bathroom every time! The two ancient windows, dating back to the beginning of the last century, close badly, overlook a small courtyard full of rubble, but covered by an anti-pigeon net. The lighting is lacking, but you can have fun moving a huge cinema-style reflector lamp. It has been called "loft". It is one of the reserve rooms of the b & b, obtained from the attics of a historic building. If you like adventure it is the right room to sleep warm and medieval.

This apt is in an ideal location for seeing this beautiful city! It is bright and airy and is very well equipped. My husband and I had a lovely stay here and it is right beside all the bars and restaurants. What made it extra special was that I had lost my diamond wedding ring but didn't know where. Later on after we had checked out of the apt, the lady constanza phoned to tell me she had found it! Can't get better than that!

Extremelly corteous staff - Specially the front desk and the person responsible for the reservations done through booking.com..... The hotel is very well located, close to a big garage where you can park you car overnight.... We highly recommend this Allegra Toscana!!!!!

ACHTUNG! Ganz schrecklich. Als wir ins Zimmer gekommen sind war dieses voller Stechmücken. Aufgrund der großen Anzahl an Stechmücken war es auch nicht möglich diese zu entfernen. Wir hatten auf Kulanz des Vermieters gehofft und eine andere Unterkunft gesucht für diese Nacht. Leider wurde uns nichts erstattet obwohl booking.com uns das in Aussicht gestellt hat. Niemals wieder dieses Apartment und mit diesem Vermieter!
