Prescott Resort & Conference Center

We were on our way out of Prescott after our honeymoon when we decided to stay a couple nights at this hotel. We thought it was perfect because the casino was right next to the hotel. While checking in Crystal upgraded us and gave us a late checkout all while making us laugh the entire time! The entire staff is so wonderful! When entering and coming back in they greet you as if you’ve been here for years and you are a life long friend. The rooms are incredibly clean and their Covid protocol is almost too perfect! You absolutely feel safe and clean everywhere you go!! We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone! The views are an added plus!

We had a wonderful time, everyone at the resort was great and I purposely wrote down everyone's name so I could post it here. Starting from Cristl at the front desk To everyone else on staff. When we went to celebrate New Years in the dining area bar with a dance floor, the servers Stephanie, Jill, Kay and Mike we're all amazing and so friendly and helpful! Jake was the manager on duty. The runners were Kaley, Alexa, Alex and Robbie. The general manager Steve Bracety was working at the time. You might think this review might be fake because of the names I'm putting down but I purposely ask them to give me a list of everyone that was working so I could post it here! At one point we requested coffee in our room and they were out of caffeinated coffee so they literally sent a pot of coffee from their dining room Cafe as a courtesy. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, the hotel itself is very clean. Even a gentleman hey, I can't remember his name but he is one of the staff members that cleans help me with an issue I had with one of the vending machines on one of the floors. The hotel is a little older but it's extremely clean and as much up-to-date and modern as it can be and all the common areas are very nice as well. It was fun to be next to the casino, I just wished we would have gone while Covid was not a concern because we know it would have been even that much better without all the restrictions and having access to all amenities. The resort itself is really close to pretty much everything so there's access to everything, I really like the fact that they don't limit your internet access to only a couple of devices, we had access on all our devices from laptops to cell phones and tablets. House cleaning was very responsive and pretty quick with any additional requests we had. The food in the cafe was good and it was priced reasonably. The waitresses in the casino we're nice as well. We never went to Bucky's Casino across the street though.

Stephanie was an amazing help ! She provided all the information needed and made sure I was ready to go. This is our first time staying here and will definitely be coming back! One thing I loved the most is the perfect view.

Stephanie was very pleasant and provided me with plenty of information for my entire stay. Staff like Stephanie should be recognized as she is the reason I choose to stay at the Prescott Resort. Stephanie was awesome. Very pleasant at the front desk. Great views. Surrounded by mountainous views. Easy access to Prescott. Tucked away from heavy traffic. Great atmosphere, very clean, especially with COVID 10/10 recommend
