I don't advise anybody to go to this motel I paid for a room on my debt and these MF charge me an extra 50 when I went to get my room key on top of that they was nasty bed bugs and flegs in the bed I couldn't sleep to busy itching and scratching
This place is a dump with a few redeeming qualities

I have no idea how anyone could have given this place an "excellent" rating. I had spent a long day fighting the driving rain and heavy traffic on the Interstate and just wanted a cheap spot to lay my head away from the truck. This is a "get what you pay for" type of hotel at $45 - that was what they told me on the phone and that's what they charged, no extra tax. Now, the office is nicely decorated and kept clean, I'll give them that. There was truck parking, I'll give them that too. But.....the first sign of trouble was the rusted out entrance door to my room. It was rusted through on both sides and didn't seal property, letting in a lot of highway noise. Old, worn furniture, a refrigerator that looked like it was 30 years old, the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. It was so bad I didn't bother to take a shower in it. The redeeming features was the DirecTV. It had a lot of channels for a place like this! Even some HBO channels. And the WiFi was excellent, I had better speed rate than many nicer hotels that I stay at. The bed actually was pretty good too. But that's about it. The rest of it was just low-level, under-maintained offerings. I can't complain too much, but there are other low-rate hotels in the area that at least try to keep their rooms looking decent. The biggest complaint of this place besides the nasty bathroom was the highway noise. It's right there, there are no walls or anything to dampen the noise and since the door didn't seal shut, the noise came right in. If you are a light sleeper, do not even think about staying in any of the rooms near the front of the property. Fortunately I had my ear plugs with me that mitigated that factor But the bathroom! Just gross!
Don't do it, spend 10 more dollars somewhere else

Moldy togo box in the microwave had to be there a week. Pulled back the bed spread and found someone cut their toe nails, and house keeping remade the bed with them inside. This is truly the wrong side of town stay on the far north side of little rock.

Hotel was clean. Meet up with a friend and had a good stay. Our microwave did not work but they changed it out right away. There as enough hot water for us to take a long shower and didn't rush us to get us out in the morning unlike some hotels
Now, how does a basic hotel like this obtain such a high rating from me? Easy....it is well worth the money

Well folks, let me say this. As a hotel, this is first class, even though it is nowhere near first class. Why? It is very cheap, and very comfortable for one night. I was in fact surprised how comfortable the bed was. You know how it goes....hotels tend to skimp on comfy beds as they are expensive, unless they are quality hotels. Here I slept like a baby. Granted, it was close to the freeway, but the noise is barely noticeable at night, and only noticeable in the morning. The staff were super friendly. When you get value for money, and comfortable lodging, with friendly staff, that is all that matters my friends.
