Watch out for Pet Charges
This hotel is located right at the airport and is nearly brand new. The overnight rate was great. The quality of the room was excellent. However, the pet charge was $75 even though a BonVoy member. You will find out this charge at check-in without any alternatives for a last minute stay. Ouch! This rate will likely NOT be negotiated as I attempted to reduce the fee to what I had paid at another Fairfield Inn during this same trip. No concession was granted so this merits a 3 star score.

Very clean and modern. Front desk clerk was very friendly and efficient and wearing a mask. Hotel seemed to follow Covid protocol perfectly which is a big deal for us travelers. Room was very modern and spotless. I would rate this a number 1 value. Location is also excellent, right off of I-30.

I just don’t think enough places get how important customer service is but obviously they understand here. I picked this for airport proximity but I would drive 30 min out of my way to stay again! Clean ✅ Quiet ✔️ comfortable beds ✅ felt safe ✔️ and thank you for having a tub:) And the highlight—the incredible staff!! Rachel? I think was her name Sun nite Nov 1 was incredible and went above and beyond—she knew me by the time I was checked in! The guy this morning so was so sweet also! People at the desk change your stay from fine to incredible❤️❤️so happy we stayed here!

Very nice and clean!!! I love it when I check the sheets to see if there clean, and they are!!! I’ve worked for Marriott for the last 3 years. Kudos to the housekeeper that cleaned our room before we checked in!! I didn’t find any hair anywhere. Y’all are awesome! Thank you!
GREAT Hotel!
I knew when I saw Fairfield in Little Rock, we were in for an AMAZING stay. This hotel proved no different. I checked my exhausted family in at 3am and Shannon took great care of us, explaining a few of the nuances of this particular building. He was so informative and very welcoming! The location right next to the airport is not even noticeable! The room was so quiet all night, I forgot about the airplanes. The best thing about this chain is the consistency in cleanliness. I have never been in a Fairfield that wasn’t clean, and this experience was no exception! From the shiny bath tubs to the neatly pressed sheets, this was an amazing stay on our long trip. The beds were so comfortable and the pillows were like clouds! Overall, if you are considering going through Little Rock, I would highly recommend this hotel.
