Great staff!
They have a great staff! The hotel is in a good location very close to I-49 with restaurants nearby. Unfortunately, they did not have a hot breakfast as was stated in the details for this hotel. Clean rooms.
Hotel is VERY NOISY!
Do not stay here. It is new and clean, but don’t let that draw you in. You can hear every footstep in the room above you! My daughter walked down the hall, and I could hear it! The general manager rude and kind of crazy, too. Beware!
Very Nice Hotel
Room are clean and comfortable and the hotel is nice and quiet. Great Staff and always very helpful. Our favorite room is a suite but a regular room is fine as well. Prices are moderate to high depending if there is a Razorback game, War Eagle Craft or Bikes Blues and BBQ going on then rates get high! But one of my favorite places to stay when in Springdale AR
Wonderful Stay
We arrived earlier than expected and the manager was very accommodating and placed us in two rooms next to each other. Room was great. Pool and spa were a plus. Hot breakfast was also good. Lots of other options as well. And the price was one of the best in the area. We will definitely stay here again. Close to lots of stores and food. Highway very accessible.
Mallory Excellent CSR
Kudos to Mallory at the front desk. I don't often write reviews but when there is exceptional service, then I feel compelled to deliver the complement. I appreciated Mallory's customer-oriented approach on three separate occasions. Her responsiveness, attention to detail and undivided attention during dialog makes her stand out in a world of often dismissive, unmotivated CSRs. Mallory is an asset to the Marriott brand.
